I recently had a complete stereo system installed in my 2019 Toyota Tundra including the Alpine deck, 10 speakers in the doors and dash, 2 subwoofers w/box, 2 Amps, XM radio, Dynamat on all 4 doors and rear wall, front bumper camera, and all the wiring to make it work. Originally, I planned on installing it all myself and had purchased the all the items but later changed my mind after I realized how much work it was. That's when I looked up Bonnie & Clyde's and made an appointment for install. I spoke with Mason, the owner, and his brother about what I wanted and handed them the keys. Their senior installer handled my install start to finish and did an amazing job with everything. The finished product was immaculate; no cables were visible, everything fit right, and the vehicle still looked stock which was awesome. We sat in the truck for a test run of the new system and I gotta say...WOW! It sounds INCREDIBLE! Everything is tuned to perfection and I couldn't be happier. These guys really know their stuff. Work began around that time but was not resolved until May 4th, nearly a month past the original deadline. Even at that point, the issues were significant: the entire right side of the car was not functioning correctly, the DSP inputs were configured wrong, and the speakers were installed in the wrong locations (higher-quality drivers belong in the front doors...). Scheduling delays, largely on DJ's end, pushed things to May 4th, at which point I sought a second opinion. The new shop walked me through the deficiencies in detail and made clear what had been done incorrectly, including a stripped bolt connecting the seat to the floor. Given that I had already paid a substantial sum for substandard work, they were professional and transparent throughout the process and had it done in two days.
