Tunneling, bubbles and there was a pretty big gap between the edge of my window and where the tint was placed. I showed it to the guy and he offered to retint the four windows, which I appreciated. However I had to take more time out of my week than expected to get a tint job that I was happy with. I also never got an apology about the inconvenience. And there is also still big sized bubbles on the edge of my window, but I don't have time to keep going to the shop for something that should've been done right the first time. I won't be recommending this place.

The other issues being upholstery and wheel sensors which he does not work on. After the first repair, I found out that there were a few more issues with the engine. Steve was accomdating and upfront with me, considering the repairs would overall be more than the car was worth. I ended up trading it in. Steve however did a quick and reliable turn around with my vehicle. If you have Volvo's and don't want your car being practically destroyed by a dealership while waiting a month to get it back. My husband and I were on our way from Central Texas to Englewood Florida for vacation with friends…read morewhen our truck broke down on I-10 just west of Tallahassee. The awesome wrecker driver from Lawson's Paint and Body brought us to Powerhouse. As you can imagine,we were pretty frustrated. We were a day and a half into a long road trip, for vacation, and had no idea how serious the breakdown was. Both Jim, the owner, and Phil, the manager, went way above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and entertain us. The first thing Phil said when he introduced himself was "I want to put y'all at ease. " And he did. They have a really nice waiting room with sofas, a big screen tv, reading material, and a little kitchen.  Phil even offered -- no, almost insisted -- to bring us food from a nearby fast food place, though we declined. And the bathroom was clean and even smelled nice! Luckily, they were able to repair the truck relatively easily and quickly, just a couple of hours. They even off our transmission fluid. Importantly, they didn't have enough mechanics on duty at the time to get to us right away, but knowing that we were on the road and broken down and stuck, Jim did the repairs himself. When Phil noticed the Navy stickers on my husband's truck, they bonded over having been in the Navy at the same time, and gave us a military discount on the already VERY reasonable bill. Neither of us has EVER had such amazing service from auto repair, and we've had some great mechanics!

Attention parents who live afar with college students in Tally who are desperate to find a honest…read moreand trustworthy mechanic: This place doesn't deserve 5 stars, there should be an option for extra credit. 10/5!! Shop owners went above and beyond with one of my most valued gifts; my daughter. Took her car in for issues that we've been chasing for almost a year (at a different shop). I initially tried to give them a detailed description of all that has been done and luckily they asked to look at it with a 'fresh pair of eyes'. Much to my surprise, given the thousands of dollars I've already poured into this car, they FIXED it! Diagnostic took longer than the fix. This job required skilled and patient professionals, which is exactly what we got when we walked into this shop. Communicated with me every step of the way. Unfortunately, I handed them a half broken key fob, which I forgot to tell them. As expected it broke after a test drive. When they called to notify me of what happened, I apologized profusely as it was MY fault. Now some of you may think, oh well, the key broke while in their possession, so it's their responsibility to fix it. I couldn't disagree more, however, they still took it upon themselves to get me a new key. Their rationale - I didn't need the added headache after all the trouble this car had already caused. I didn't think it was possible, there are still some businesses out there with integrity. I wouldn't trust any other mechanic to ensure my daughter is in a safe and functional vehicle.
