Overall horrible service.
I've serviced my car three times at the Queensway Audi. First time i was talked down to by the service adviser. I was told my car would be released, so i was waiting for my car for 20 minutes(this was at 9 pm) which then the adviser had not pulled up my car. So i had to asked the concierge service as they were leaving since their shift had ended, as to where my car was. After waiting another 5 minutes, the gentlemen had pulled up in my car. The service adviser was leaving the building and did not even say goodbye or any apologies for the wait. Second experience was great, i had scheduled my appointment through the parts manager, whom was very kind and willing to help anyway possible. He had guided me through what could be changed through my warranty. Lastly, my third experience was by far the worst. i had gotten a flat tire, Audi roadside assistance had serviced my car but they were having a issue, so my car was towed to the dealership. The receptionist was quite useless, according to her i would not get a rental while my warranty states i get some car or concierge service if my car is serviced at a dealer. As if I am suppose to schedule when i get a flat tire??? After making a fuss i finally received a rental by the general manger (the receptionist mentioned no higher authority was currently at the dealer before, interesting how the GM quickly presented himself when i started to argue in front of potential customers). After receiving a flat i decided to purchase new tires while my car was being serviced, which seemed convenient. when i came to pick up my car, no one from service had left notes for the receptionist as to how the service went, and how they resolved the issue pertaining the flat tire, i believe they destroyed my rim lock...Excellent! Although i am not certain as i never received a callback like i requested. Also after picking up my car, i noticed there were scratches on my rims when they were changing the tires, i thought spending more money to get my tires changed at Audi meant i would receive higher quality service, well i was wrong. Not only were my rims scratched, i had a massive scratch on the passenger door, which i had spoken to the GM, but of course he did not keep his word and call me back after viewing cameras. Two weeks had passed, i have been waiting impatiently to hear back, so i called the service department and they obviously did not get back to me !!!
