The…read morecar was bought and is staying in Iowa, but the dealership issued an "In Transit" title--typically used when a car is leaving the state. This has created major issues with registration, and when we reached out for clarification or assistance, the manager was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help in any way. All we needed was guidance on how to correctly title the vehicle so we could register it properly, but the dealership refused to take responsibility or offer any customer service after the sale. It's unacceptable that a dealership can't or won't stand behind their paperwork--especially when it causes complications for the buyer. I strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing a vehicle here, particularly if you need any follow-up support. Once the sale is made, don't expect professionalism or help.

Just don't. Don't go here for anything…read more I was looking for a Camry, this dealership had what I was looking for. The only thing was that there was a couple of paint chips on the car that could use a touch up. The guy that was helping me and my mom said no problem we can do that. We get all the paper work done with the car and the guy says the next day I can come and get the car and the paint chips will be fixed. Next day comes around I go to get the car, paint chips still there not even attempted to be fixed. The guy lied to us and wasn't even at the dealership when I came to get the car. Wonder why he wasn't there? Also none of my paper work was in the car at all. Next thing we do is get the manager involved. Another mistake of coming to this terrible dealership. My brakes started to feel weird and the manager decided he wanted to test drive my car I went with him. He drove like a maniac and hit a giant bottle on the road in my car!!!! Did he even apologize? Nope why would he? After the test drive he says "feels fine to me". My mom then asks to test drive another Camry and the guy says "oh yea it's just gonna be the same". He never brought out a different car. Yea so I had to get my brakes replaced a month after. Back to the paint chips, I leave my car for a few days and when it's so called ready to be picked up the paint chips are still NOT fixed. Even worse they dabbed white acrylic paint on the spots. My car is pearl white not regular white. The manger claimed it matched when it clearly didn't. Time to get the general manager involved now... This guy is definitely a lot nicer but you can tell he does not give a crap. Another couple of days without my car and finally the paint spots are fixed, matches, and done correctly. Oh wait couple weeks later it's peeling off??? And it's peeling ALL of my paint off! The whole entire front of my car is peeling off. THIS IS YOUR SIGN NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH SMART TOYOTA OF THE QUAD CITIES!!!!!! One way or another they WILL screw you over! Now I have to go and correctly get my paint fixed all thanks to smart Toyota. RUN THEM OUT OF BUSINESS

This was absolutely not the case here. Shane was amazing. He went above and beyond making sure we got what we needed, speeding up the process to have everything worked out before we arrived to sign the papers and hand over the check, and he even followed up after the sale which was greatly appreciated and not at all expected. I would definitely recommend Shane to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Had to leave my Tahoe at the GM dealership there, take a bus back to Salt Lake City, and catch a flight home for work. They replaced the crank angle sensor, and I had the vehicle shipped home. Several months later I ended up on the side of the road on my way to work. Had the vehicle towed to Green. They discovered that the wires to the crank angle sensor had been routed wrong, had been rubbing against a moving part, and had finality broken. I mistakenly believed that they would fix it and not charge me, since it was a GM shop's mistake. Instead they charged me full price and left me to deal with the dealer ship in Wyoming on my own. They said that if the shop was honorable they would refund me what they charged me. An honorable dealership? Yeah right. I didn't even bother. That was 16 years ago. I understand that each shop is independent, and that that is how GM does business (or did at one time). That does not mean I ever have to do business with a GM dealership again. Haven't owned a GM vehicle since 2009.

We test drove a similar model and he showed us pics of the vehicle we were interested in. Only after I asked about a warranty he advised the vehicle has a salvage title, but only due to theft and not damage. Initially we were open to the idea of purchasing a salvage title vehicle. He told my wife and I that he sells lots of cars before they make the lot so we could put a $500 deposit down in the vehicle And if for any reason we decide we don't like it he'd refund the deposit back. He advised that the vehicle was currently at the shop getting a couple panels refinished and that he'd call us in a couple weeks when it should be done. After about a week and some thought we decided we were no longer interested in this vehicle because it was a 1 yr old vehicle with 25,000 miles, and a salvage/rebuilt title with no warranty. We did not want to spend $48,000 on a 1 yr old vehicle with a salvage title with and extended 5 yr warranty and would like our deposit back. He rambled on for several minutes about hypotheticals etc telling me I was taking food off of his table (while holding MY $500). I called twice asking for my deposit back and both times he refused. I'd give 0 stars to this clown. Definitely don't recommend.

Robert, the sales person they had us set up with, picked us out 3 cars to look at. My husband had a different one in mind so he had that one sent over from another lot and we test drove it. 1 and done, he wanted that one. I test drove one and didn't care for it so asked to test drive another. He said, "you know we close at 6:00! " And I replied, " well, won't you stay open a little later if we are going to buy 2 vehicles?" He said, " well, will you both be buying 2 new cars?!" And I said yes. So I like the second one, 2 and done. I thought we were pretty easy customers. We get inside and we go to make a deal and it is just a couple minutes after 6:00 and he brings us back the first crappy deal and I said no way and he said you know we close at 6 and we r LITERALLY the only 3 people left in the building!!!!!! And I looked at my husband and said, well I guess all of these other people walking around here then must be ghost!! lol!!! Because there were 3 other people there, I think 4 or 5 at that time. So to round off this story, Robert told us at LEAST 10 times that they close at 6:00!!! The finance person told us she was suppose to be in bed 1 1/2 hours ago!! The only person that even shook our hand or said thank you for buying 2 cars from them was the sales mgr. He was very pleasant to us. Oh, and when we did make the deal, Robert threw down the papers on the desk and said, "Fine, you have a deal, we will just take a loss and not make any $$$!!! If we didn't need 2 cars so bad, and had not just wasted 4 hours of our lives there, I would have said you can take your deal and ***#%*
