I recently took my 2021 Audi SQ5 to Audi Milwaukee after receiving a mail coupon advertising an $89.95 oil change. When I scheduled the appointment, I specifically mentioned the coupon and was told to bring it with me for the appointment. When I arrived, the service manager reviewed the coupon and informed me that the cost would be higher because my SQ5 has a larger engine than what the coupon covered. I expected to pay a little extra for additional oil, which seemed reasonable. However, I was then told that a standard oil change normally costs $350, which struck me as excessive. After some back-and-forth, I ultimately paid approximately $170--almost double the advertised coupon price. The bigger issue came when I was advised that my upcoming 40,000-mile service would cost around $1,900. The service included an oil change, six spark plugs, an air filter, and lubricating the moonroof. That price seemed outrageous, so I contacted several other Audi dealerships for comparison. The quotes I received from other dealers for the same service were generally in the $600 to $700 range. Charging nearly three times what other Audi dealerships charge for essentially the same work feels like price gouging. The service advisor I worked with was very friendly and professional, and the service manager was courteous as well. Unfortunately, the pricing practices left a very negative impression. If a dealership sends out promotional coupons, they should clearly disclose any exclusions upfront and honor the advertised pricing whenever possible. Our experience with Audi service has been nothing short of infuriating. After a rainstorm, our vehicle failed to start while we were temporarily staying with family in Wisconsin during a cross‑country move. Audi Milwaukee diagnosed severe water intrusion from the sunroof/moonroof drains, which leaked into the comfort control module and corroded the electronics -- an $8,000 failure. We were shocked to learn that these drains require servicing every two years. In eight years of ownership, Audi Minneapolis never once mentioned this maintenance requirement, despite multiple service visits, including February 2026 and November 2024. Not a single warning. Not a single recommendation. Not the permanent fix. Nothing. This isn't an obscure issue -- it's a documented Audi problem, covered under an extended warranty and addressed in a Technical Service Bulletin. Audi has known about this defect for years. Their service department had multiple opportunities to prevent a catastrophic failure and simply didn't bother. Because of this negligence, we are stranded in Wisconsin, living out of a rental property, with our move to California on hold. Our only vehicle is inoperable due to a known issue Audi acknowledged but failed to proactively address. The disruption to our lives has been significant, costly, and completely avoidable. Took my Audi S8 to the West Allis Wi service after making an appointment for a coolant leak smell coming from the engine compartment and a very small oil spot on my garage floor.. When arriving at the service department I was greeted and sent inside . Introduced to Coby the service writer.. I explained the issues.. I was quoted $249.00 per diagnosis . After I bit of time a got a call form Coby explaining that that they found no leaks (Nothing). BUT did say the reservoir for the coolant was very low.. No kidding sherlock there is a leak somewhere . I asked if they pressure tested the coolant system .. His comment was he did not know and would go ask. He did say again they looked around with flashlights and found nothing. .. The next day I called three times sent an e-mail asking him to call me . He called back after many hours saying he was really busy .. and said they now did a pressure test with no findings of any leaks.. I'm out nearly $600.00 and still I smell coolant. I received my car back .. Dirty inside, not washed I was given a receipt.. BUT did not include the video inspection of the service performed or a report of the multi point vehicle inspection on the vehicle. I had a $50.00 dollar coupon that I wanted to apply at the cashier but was told I could apply it, that only Coby could reduce the bill by the coupon. UNBELIEVABLLE .. After years of going to Audi North Shore and dealing with Steve Peterson the service manager there with a great deal of satisfaction . I would NEVER EVER take my car to AUDI Milwaukee again for ANY service .. If there was any star to be given it should go to Mark the shuttle driver .. The only asset I see at this place. I took my Audi TT convertible there to get a sensor repaired on the roof. During the process they set the roof INSIDE my car and the weight damaged both leather seats. At first, the customer service was great and the promised to restore the seats, but it been 8 months and multiple trips to the dealership. The car is ready to be picked up and now they tell me I'm being charged for the original repairs. Terrible customer service. Al ad o, they charge you a finance fee to use a credit card. This dealership is dishonest, negligent, and not to be trusted. I brought my Audi in for oil system repairs. Months later, I returned with the same issue. When they tried to charge me again, I decided to get a second opinion. During that inspection, I was told something outrageous: my oil pan was missing. That's right -- they stole my oil pan and never said a word. I contacted the dealership multiple times, sent photos, and followed up by email and phone. I received nothing in return but vague claims that they'd "look into it," followed by complete silence. They never responded meaningfully, and they never took responsibility. They clearly did not do their due diligence and made no attempt to make things right. I even contacted the general manager, who also passed me off. If leadership refuses to act with integrity, it's no wonder the rest of the operation is failing customers. This wasn't just poor service -- it was theft, negligence, and a total lack of accountability. Service team is awful. I've been going here for four years only because my warranty expectations. Every time I schedule an appointment, I think this time it'll be different. It isn't ever different. There's always some mistake or lack of information being given to you. I made an appointment to get my oil changed on a Saturday as me and my wife had a busy schedule for the day. I left my car there for two hours. Return to pick it up as my wife needed her car back they decided they weren't going to do it because other people came in for their appointments and stayed behind. Apparently, if you want your car worked done you have to sit there and wait for them to do it. What is the appointment for? So I decided to wait for another hour sitting there. Then I asked him is my car ready yet they said no they haven't even started it. I asked for my car back and left. That will be my last time there. read more

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. First, they won't accept certified checks for payment. Red flag already. Second, made a deal with "JJ" the manager for a used car the night before. Because they won't accept certified checks, they require a wire transfer. Side note: they stupidly emailed the wire instructions, which is highly susceptible to interception and fraud (never email wire instructions). Went the next morning to the bank to set up the wire and called to confirm the wire instructions and the final price, and JJ came back reverting to the list price of the car PLUS a made-up fee (which was never mentioned previously) increasing their side of the bargain by $1,450.00 over the night before. When asked if the fee was required by WI state law, JJ admitted it was not but explained that "they charge that fee on every deal" (aka, we rip everyone off equally). I would recommend going to North Shore instead. The dealership here has no interest in following up or working with you. It's a battle just to get an actual quote, as they focus on pushing a monthly payment rather than providing clear pricing, and they don't seem to care whether you buy from them or not. Requests for a manager result in a salesperson returning your call or text instead. I guess they don't feel that customers are worth their time. We found a Prestige model with fewer miles for the same price they were asking for a Premium Plus. read more

I called Audi to schedule an oil change, as the telephone message told me all advisors were helping other clients I could leave a message and I would recieve a return call. Two days later I was still waiting for the return call. I called and asked to speak to the Service Manager. I got the message the srrvice manager was not available but if I would leave my name and number the Service Manager would call as soon as convenient. He hadn't called back after two days. I called Audi Milwaukee again and asked to speak with the Store Manager. No surprise, he was unavailable but if I would leave a message...Called back and explained I was angry with unreturned call, the operator offered to page someone, finally raised a person to schedule my oil change. National Audi response is equally poor, love the car but the consistent poor service makes me regret buying an Audi. read more

This is totally uncharacteristic of me to be writing a bad review- I really try to find the positive. Unfortunately, here I could not. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been to multiple Audis dealerships in different states (due to moving), this is the worst Audi dealership. I have traditionally had great experiences. Although, Audi in west allis I was quoted $970 for a $478 factory maintenance (you are able to go online and find the quote based on mileage). They then told me the $970 was just the factory maintenance. Later to find out, it was not. The dealership repeatedly misspoke telling me it only included factory maintenance when there were additional services added on. Which my advisor admitted to. When I called to inquire- they blamed labor costs. I then called back to ask their labor cost and a different representative told me they actually do not have an exact labor cost figure. None of this checks out. When dropping my car off at the dealership they did not check the mileage, year of car, anything. Unfortunately, I cannot speak to the actual servicing of my car because I did not get there. After being repeatedly lied to I picked up my car immediately. No trust with this dealership. Nothing is worse than going to a car dealership and feeling taken advantage of. Would absolutely not recommend- had a very very poor experience. read more

We took our 2017 Q7 in for a shaking issue we were having and an oil change. After running the diagnostics, we were told we needed new break pads, tires, and injectors(~$9000). We opted out of the new tires and paid $5200 for other issues. I picked up the car on 2/28 and the very next day, my check engine light appears. My car then proceeded to alert me that my oil was low and needed to be refilled immediately. We scheduled the first available appointment on 3/14 to bring it back in for them to figure out what the issue was. They called and informed us they suggest our entire engine needs to be replaced for 31k(for a six year old vehicle with under 100k miles). Absolutely ridiculous this was not brought up at the last diagnostic and only AFTER they just had us throw over 5 grand into a vehicle that is essentially totaled. Their excuse was they don't check the engine in a diagnostic. We picked up the car today and won't be ever bringing it here again. The best part: they decided it would be acceptable to charge us $230 for another diagnostic test. What an absolute joke. read more

Had a flat tire passing through Milwaukee. Generally not a huge deal, but my car didn't have a spare. Audi roadside assistance was able to tow me to the nearest service center and I wasn't sure what to expect. I worked with Mo, my service advisor, and he was able to get my exact tire by the next morning and back on the road. Excellent, friendly, and customer service oriented establishment. Mo served me very well, and I appreciate it! Five stars. read more

I was allowed to schedule service online during their lunch hour. They called less than an hour before my appointment to tell me however I was in another appointment. It was last minute. They said they couldn't get to my car for a few hours and I was ineligible for a loaner. Every single time I have brought my car in to be serviced it has been a major headache. From taking the tires off my car and not having the correct ones to replace them to the overall buying experience where I was told the car and been cleaned and the flat tire has been assessed. Got to my house and my tire was flat. The passenger seat belt also did not work which they did not believe me at first until one of them got stuck in it. Upon inspection the car had all kinds of garbage in the spare tire compartment and under the back seat. It also had a bag of marijuana in it. None of the electronics had been wiped so I had total access to someone else's phone directory. The sales person took zero responsibility and was extremely rude. He also talked to me like I was stupid and had zero knowledge of buying a car. ( this was not even close to my first time purchasing an car). He told me how every woman's husband bought them an expensive Audi, top of the line. And he couldn't imagine a young woman buying her own. His commentary made this extremely evident. He was an absolute grease ball, the epitome of a used car salesman. Every experience has been terrible. I could go on and on. I will never bring my car back especially since it is now out of its factory warranty and maintenance package. The only reason I gave them 1 star was due to the fact that the service manager made an exception on a loaner car and he was not rude. Wish it could be zero. RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN. I called to set up an appointment to get my 2021 Audi Q3 looked at.. I talked to 2 different people and they both told me my appointment was covered under my warranty and I wouldn't have any charges on that day. I went in and was told I would have to pay over $200 for the diagnostics of the car. I asked why two different employees told me I would have this covered by the warranty. Awful communication here. Used car buyers beware!! Purchased my A6 in August with 61k miles. Recently brought it in for its 65k service and was told my brake pads were at 4%. When purchased I was told ( witch is usually and industry standard) that the pads were "At least 50% of there wear life".This is not my primary driver as I've put less then 4K miles on it in 6 months and if my pads had gone through almost 50% of their brake life in that time there would be many other signs of abuse on my car. I was lied to then asked to buy new pads after driving the car less then 4K miles. I've always purchased used and this is the first time in my life this has happened. Thought A reputable dealership would not deceive. Guess I was wrong. If buying a used car ask for inspection reports and keep them and don't get lied to like I was. read more

They have been diagnosing my car since July working on it charging me fixing on other parts for 4k only to tell me in Oct I need a motor. Weird right? Why didn't the tech find this problem from the beginning? This Audi company is the only company that has been servicing this vehicle. This place is full of shit and their technician doesn't know what they are doing. You would think your car is in good hands when it's not. Somewhat new to the sales department, I really couldn't tell with my salesman, Justin. The guy gave of an extremely professional feel to everything he did. I was in a tough spot when it came to purchasing. I simply couldn't make a deal immediately. Justin and his supervisor Ben were patient and open with their discussions on price. To have that kind of honesty in car sales was both refreshing and cool. From his appearance to his proficiency with the English language to his aptness with texting, Justin kept me in the loop with regards to my dream car. After a month of simple communication, I was able to sit down and "hammer out" a deal. Not only was the process unlike any I had had before, it was something I could see myself doing again with Justin. Unfortunate for me, by the time I need another car, I'm sure Justin will have moved up to management. Thank you, Justin. As for the car, it's been about a week and I am FLOORED by its overall class. I simply hadn't expected I'd drive something so luxurious. I will be reviewing the car elsewhere but let me just say this here: the 2017 Q7...impressive. I went from a Lexus sport sedan to an impressively roomy luxury suv. I cannot imagine a better ride. I have been to a few Audi Dealers. In more than one state for service. I can tell you from my experience, They are not all the same! Some have great amenities and comfortable honest helpful support. Others have top techs that know their stuff very well. Very seldom do you find a dealership that has them both! Audi Milwaukee does! I have an advanced level of Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic experience and skills. I always cringe letting anyone touch my vehicles. This dealership makes me feel like I have nothing to worry about. That also means a lot to me! They not only treated me well from the start, but, thru the middle, and even after the end. Sometimes that is the most important. Just ask my mother. Who was with me while I was breaking down in winter. They found out and jumped on its intermittent issue and got us back into another safe vehicle at light speed. Bravo. Great customer service lives! Incidentally, She 84 and a recent covid survivor. She did not even get cold. You have no idea how much that means to me. In short.. Very courteous and helpful. Explained things very well. Respected and understood me as the customer. The whole reason they are there. I am personally glad they are! I travel from out of state to make sure this Audi dealership and its service manager Peter, Serv writer Ryan take care of my favorite vehicle... My Q7 tdi prestige. I booked a oil change here for my audi. The service desk guy started by lying to me. my appointment was for 9;30 am on a saturday, they only open at 9am. how many appointments do you think they schedule in each 30 min time slot? well the service desk guy continued to tell me there is 4-5 cars in front of mine to be worked on. so my oil change would be 1.5 hours. Then he proceeded to try and charge me over 400 for an oil change and to reset my service message on dashboard. he did not explain anything to me and just tried to charge me. I said no, just do the oil change. While waiting I posted a review about my wait time and being lied to. the service gentelman asked me if I was satisfied and told me right to my face that if I gave a negative review it would reflect negatively directly on him. I did not want to argue with him , so I told him it was fine. Then once car is ready, I get the bill and I noticed a $8.50 charge for printout. They never gave me a printout, I am supposed to get a multi-point vehicle inspection report with my oil change. And I clearly was charged for said printout. But it was never given to me! As soon as I leave, I see a message on the dashboard that was never there before. It reads "inspection due!. I say to myself , this must be what he was talking about with the messages. Well I drove home (live in different state) the next day and have now called my closest audi dealer. They fix the inspection due message for free!!!! I called audi milw to speak to a manager and complain, and the guy gave me an excuse and claims he will call me back on monday. Seems like they know exactly what they are doing with all their lies! Highly doubt I will recieve any call back about this matter! Avoid this dealership like the plague because they are out to get you!!!! read more

took in a key for battery replacement. typically at any other audi dealer i've been to the staff has always exceeded any standards in customer service no matter how big or small the issue. i expected to see staff who are proud to represent the four rings but it turned out to be the complete opposite. the staff was unprofessional and came off as rude. i managed to keep a composure and be polite to all the staff but in return it felt very inconsistent and uncomfortable. they disregarded anything i told them about my car which they had asked for yesterday and completely shut out the agreement i was promised yesterday on the phone. walking in here felt like walking into a ford dealer or some sort of restaurant with terrible staff . i love my audi and every audi experience i've had and despite how bad this one was i wouldn't let this ruin it for me. i would advise taking it to audi north shore in brown deer or if you're willing to make the extra time and make the drive to highland park audi exchange i would totally suggest that. i purchased my car at the exchange and was no where near disappointed with the staff and how flexible it was . north shore has amazing service as well and are very friendly. if you are looking for the proper audi experience i would avoid this dealership and attend to another . read more

The service department staff don't care much about their customers. The technicians are not proactive to point at potential issues with your car until you ask them to perform a specific service. I feel that the vehicles are not test driven after each repair because I needed to take my car back a couple of days later for a related repair. Also, there was a recall for software update which was available at the time my car was in their shop for a different issue but it was not applied until I received a letter from Audi USA to schedule an appointment. I had to waste more time to take the car back for the software upgrade. There was a technical service bulletin issued more than 2 years ago which was not communicated to me or applied to the car until the vehicle was out the warranty. If they cared about their customers they should have notified me earlier or tested the vehicle to see if that particular services needed to be performed. I bought a high-end Audi model and expected a top notch service department. I am extremely disappointed. I also own another luxury brand vehicle and my experience with that brand and the service provided is totally positive. read more

Stopped by the lot yesterday to possibly test drive a Q7. I'll start by saying, we've purchased 3 vehicles already over the years from Int'l, 1 BMW and 2 Audi's, so we are no strangers to the dealership. Wandered around the lot, saw 1 salesperson saying goodbye to a couple and he just went inside. No one approached us, no one greeted us, nada , zip, nothing. I know they want you to make an appointment, blah, blah, blah but we just want to start the conversation. We might buy cpo or new. If we can't even get a "hello" there's a problem. We will try out North Shore, will probably decide on the Q7 but may use an Illinois dealership. I've done my last several "deals" online after the test drive so I don't have to sit around a dealership. I just want to show up for delivery. I expect to be greeted by a salesperson who wants to make a sale in the near future and possibly have a future business relationship. read more
