He cut the no frills of other service department run around and made recommendations for service with real authentic feedback. He also did extra digging to ensure previous work was documented. I appreciated the honesty which keeps my business even trying to ensure I was getting the best pricing. They also have a great waiting area for getting work done along with snacks and drinks. Of course they finish by giving your car an exterior wash which is always a nice touch.

Sales team was great, but the finance took forever to be ready for us to come to their office. By a long time, I mean to say we were there from 4 pm until after they were closing... which felt like forever with a one year old in tow (especially messing up meal/bedtime). If they were closer, we probably would have come back the next day to finish the purchase. We selected this dealer to get a Costco discount, and because they were able to find the model, trim and color of our choice much sooner than other dealers in the region. FAst forward to the first service with them (complimentary oil)... they kept telling me to wait until the light went on and then, as soon as the light went on there was a 10 day wait to get it serviced. So I came for their "fast lane" non-appointment time slot. I was told be there first thing in the morning. Well, at 7:05 am, it was a two hour wait. The first 45 minutes of the wait they had my car RUNNING in the waiting zone, wasting gas. It was really frustrating. They called for a survey three times and even emailed me. I did give them feedback via their phone survey, with a lady who sounded like she worked onsite. Hopefully, they fix their waiting protocols.

John was so great about talking through my options, what I need now and what I may need in the next coming years. I feel like they are very transparent and honest. When I was in the hunt for a new car last year, they were also super helpful. They just didn't have the exact car I wanted so I went out of state. The next time we are in the market for a new car, this will be our first stop. I will also be back here for all my car needs. I waited in the waiting room, with my free Diet Coke, and a super comfy "privacy seat". And lastly - this place is so clean! Who knew a service garage could be this clean - very impressed.

I was first disappointed to discover one of the headlights wasn't operating properly and had an error. I went in to say I'll pass (due to the light), they said light part is already on order. I said call me when fixed they said out put down a refundable deposit if your serious. I did they fixed, we picked up the cat today. They don't pressure wash and armor all the engine compartment so you can see what you're getting. Very laid back guys nearly zero pressure sales tactic. I took the car on nice long test drives and able to run complete scans on my own nobody hovering. The lot was packed they had a lot to choose from. They have a shop on site for minor repairs to fix a car before selling and have a "we pay half" policy for drive train malfunction within 30 days. (better deal than 95% off used dealers). Any car sold by any dealer can break don't be turned away from a 4 yr old review from bad luck. Used cars don't come with factory warranty.

We bought a used CRV from Car King. Within the first two weeks we had a transmission error code. It…read morerequired a new transmission for $3,000!? We took it to multiple dealerships to confirm this. Austin made us take it to his mechanic since he wanted a second opinion. They confirmed it needed a new transmission and Austin did nothing to cover the cost. We also needed to replace the rear brakes and calipers. The rear brake pads had no pads left. The rear caliper was seized. I have had over $4,000 of work into an $8,000 car within 1 month. There were no brake or transmission issues disclosed on the buyer's guide. Buyer beware of buying a car at Car King! You will have no support from them. Don't trust the buyer's guide disclosures.
