Scheduling the appointment was by text messaging and super easy! We weren't greeted when we arrived and it was our first visit, so we weren't quite sure where to go or what to do after parking the car upon entry into the service area. After wandering around the offices, Matt, came over, checked us in, and showed us around. The customer waiting area was clean, spacious, and stocked with snacks, Starbucks coffee, bottled water and other refreshments. There was plenty of seating -- comfy chairs, big table, counter-style work stations with outlets, and even a separate kids' play area with a TV tuned to a kids channel. The adult area had a TV as well, but it was old and low quality, which was very surprising. We brought stuff to do while waiting, but they had some options like watch TV, look at merchandise displays in several areas, or wander around their Audi and Porsche showrooms. The service itself was a bit over the estimated time, but great. They washed and vacuumed our vehicle, which was a treat. A service coupon was available on their website, so the oil change cost $100 instead of $160. Since they couldn't accommodate us by end of the month, they honored the coupon even though it was past the expiration date. That was awesome. read more

Sales team is lazy and lack communication and follow up. Following your new Audi purchase, you will experience horrific customer service when dealing with anything as simple as an oil chance to any repairs needed under warranty. Attempting to book an appointment through their automation system is impossible and when functioning, it will continually indicate that no appointments are available. Service is where the money is made in this industry, but unfortunately is where an organization is evaluated and FOX Audi will definitely fail to meet your expectations. I guarantee it... Excellent Service so far. Received a low coolant warning upon start of my S5, so I drove in to have it checked out. One of the service consultants, Aaron, was extremely helpful locating a tech to top off the coolant level (no charge) and set me up for an appointment and loaner car a few days in the future. So far the coolant label has been fine so I cancelled the appointment. It was nice to get some help, although small, without having the dealer price gouge me or try to rip me off for adding a little coolant. As a first trip to this dealer, it made me confident as a customer. The couple times I've called and asked to be connected to the service department, it has just continually rang with no answer. Will never purchase an Audi again. Had my S7 turbos go out and repaired by an independent mechanic. 8 months later I get a recall notice for the turbos. Sent in all my information to get reimbursed and spoke to the dealer ahead of time to confirm. Audi denied the reimbursement because they were after market turbos and I didn't use the dealership. Brought this all the way to corporate who denied it stating I should have known to bring it to the dealership. How was I supposed to know that I was going to get a recall notice on the turbos 8 months after I had replaced them!!!?? Will never buy or recommend Audi to anyone ever again. I went from an S5 to S7 and wanted the SQ8. I've never felt so mistreated as a customer in my life. Reimbursement total from turbos was 9k because the recall. Lost a life long customer over poor customer service at the corporate level and 9k from a recall(faulty part on their end). Stay away! read more

After you purchase your car they'll send you emails about caring about customer service and to contact them with any issues. They gave me a warranty good for 30 days / 30,000 miles but I don't think it'll be honored, considering they haven't responded to my email in three days about an issue I've had with the car I purchased, and the issues keep piling up. Get ready for somewhat decent service when their commission is on the line, and waiting hours if someone else they'll take care of is interested in a more expensive car. In May of 2021 I called Porsche Audi Grand Rapids (Fox Motors) to inquire about a pre-owned Mercedes Benz they had listed on their website. I asked the sales associate (Margaret) if she could verify that the car was on the lot as I was driving 2-1/2 hours to see it. I didn't want to make the trip to see this specific vehicle and have it already be sold. She put me on hold and a few minutes later returned and told me it was on the lot and did I want to make an appointment to see the car...I asked if that was necessary and she stated it would make it easier that way and I wouldn't have to sit around waiting for her and that the car would be pulled around and ready. I told her I would confirm with my wife and call her right back. Five minutes later I called back and told her we could leave right then and be there in 2-1/2 hours, she confirmed that it would be fine and we set the appointment. I arrived at the dealership on time and was greeted at the door by several people including the sales manager. One of the associates went and told Margaret that we were there; she came over and explained she would be a few minutes as she was just finishing up with someone else. I told her we would be milling around the showroom or sitting in the waiting area. Forty-five minutes later she came over to us in the waiting area and asked us to join her at her desk. I was really just eager to get on with seeing the vehicle, but I went along with her plan and we sat at her desk. She explained that the car was still available, BUT it was not at the dealership. She had walked the entire lot and could not find it, she thought maybe the service department loaned it out to someone having service, but that she just wasn't sure. You can only imagine how disappointed I was to wait 45 minutes, when I was told this wouldn't be the case with my "appointment" and then be told that the car wasn't there...the car I called to make certain was there before wasting my time to drive 2-1/2 hours up, wait 45 minutes and then drive 2-1/2 hours back on a Saturday afternoon. She apologized, but I couldn't help but continue to ask her if she had even bothered to checked to make certain the car was there and pull it around like she said it would be when we arrived...she had no real answer, she just kept apologizing for it. Sales manager asked us how it went when we left, he apologized and explained he understood why we were angry but never offered to do anything either. Customer Experience Manager, Carl Moore reached out several days later asking about our experience, I explained it to him via email, never heard from him again. Two stars because unless you're signing a contract to buy a $60,000 car their customer service is horrible. I came into this location a month ago to look at potential A3's because I was looking to get a new car, it was time to upgrade. I arrive on the lot, Park my car and started walking around looking at the models. After about 15-20 minutes of no one approaching me I head inside to speak with someone. Stood inside for a good 15 minutes and not a soul approached me. Here's the kicker, everyone from their glass cubicles would glance up from their computers and notice me standing there looking around and even making eye contact with them, and then go back to their business. No degree of urgency or "have you been helped?" concerns!.... I came back today after getting an Audi elsewhere because I was in need of a part for my car. Once again stood inside for 6-10 minutes and once again got looks but no one approached me. I start walking around hoping to maybe even snag someone walking past and nobody is around. People are in their cubicles watching me walk around cluelessly and don't bother to ask if I'm looking for someone! Clearly everyone has their nose in the air and I am, for some reason not important enough to bother approaching. Amazing lack of customer service and good attitude from almost everyone in there except for one gentleman who approached me in a white polo, didn't catch his name, but he was a polite man. I did oil change in this center for my 2018 Audi A6 and the technician who served me might think I knew little about cars as a woman with an accent and gave me a list of ten items to replace and fix at a total charge of over $6000 which I only paid $458+$136=$594 later in other Auto shops. Below are details: For the front break job, for the same parts, Christian Brother gave me a quote of $829 based on the scanned copy of the Audi service quotes and Tuffy Cascade actually charged $458 to do the brake job while Audi asked for$2393.98. Also after Tuffy Cascade checked my car, the two other replacements I asked them to do according to Audi were told totally not necessary by Tuffy. I brought my car to Belle Tire as they were brought new there three months ago. I required tire balance and rotation there which were listed as immediate attention by Audi (Belle Tire quotes $140 vs Audi quotes $420), however, the Belle Tire technician checked and said my car didn't need an alignment job at all. I requested Coolant Flush there at $136 while the quote from Audi was $469.53. I brought my car to Veenstra's to check Motor Mount as Audi said" Motor Mounts are cracked leaking fluid, heavy vibrations in the vehicle due to the conditions of the mounts" and quoted me more than $2200. Veenstra technician did a careful check and test, no crack, no leaking, and no issue at all. If only one Auto Repair shop said that these services were not necessary, Audi can defend that it is because of different criteria, however, Tuffy, Belle, Veenstra, and Christian Brother all found Audi suggested different unnecessary services and fake issues, it is a big issue for Audi Grand Rapids credit. I will suggest other customers use ChatGPT and google to find out the price for these services. read more

Be loyal to those who are loyal to you. I took my car to Audi and not only did they fix it, they picked me up with the valet service and the bill out the door was less than $200 for what could've been thousands of dollars of engine damage when my car ran hot. The engineers who designed Audi, the techs who fix Audi's and the service managers who schedule are amazing!!! Sometimes it's not how much you paid for what you got, it's did you get what you paid for. My Audi works for me. I also found out that they took care of their workers during COVID-19 and found ways to keep them employed and keep their customers happy at the same time by doing any recall work that needed to be done and the manufacturer paid the bill. read more

It was the customer service that won me over when I was making my purchasing decision, and it's the followthrough and service after the purchase that's not only kept me a loyal Audi fan, but an evangelist for them too. Since I bought my Audi, my mother got an Audi, two friends of mine bought Audis and when my mother upgraded to a newer Audi, my brother in law was quick to nab the old one. Each one of them splendid, and each person loves the car, reliability, and service. Now, it's not to say that I haven't had my share of auto issues, but when I do my Audi repair dude is awesome. Brad Conklin was my first, and now it's Mike Vanderhart. I last saw Brad after he left Audi for another position, but he recognized me at the bar and bought me a round of shots and drinks... who does that? Well, Delta Audi people do... how nice! I have a 2017 Audi Q7 I took my car in because the heat was not working. My car was in the shop for a week and I was told my heat was working. I went to pick up my car on a Saturday and the heat still did not work I was a the dealership for over an hour with the service guy trying to figure out why my heat was not working. I paid them 1,800 dollars for nothing. I was told I would have to bring it back in two weeks. Im suppose to drive this car in December/January in Michigan without any heat. Today I spoke with the service manager Jeremy and he was very rude and unwilling to listen to anything I had to say. He was unwilling to compromise on anything. I mean I ended up paying another automotive service company 500.00 more dollars to actually fix the problem, when speaking to Jeremy about this he stated to me that they were not going to do anything to make this right. Brought my 2005 Outback XT in for another blown turbo..... after Subaru replaced the first one under warranty! The second turbo lasted 14000 miles and failed, 2000 miles out of warranty? They told me 11.5k to replace the turbo and the bottom half of the motor! After doing research, a new factory motor and turbo can be bought for $6500!! When dealing with the service manager Dave.... he was clueless to what was going on with my car, and he even thought my car was already complete? And when i asked the service consultant Dave Moerland over the phone, what he would do if he was me...he suggested he'd hang the phone up and cry? WTF Some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Needless to say..... i had the car fixed for $1700 from another local Subaru mechanic and purchased another New 2012 Outback from the fine fellows in Lansing Subaru! Be careful..... Dave will blow smoke up your a@% AND RIP YOU OFF!! Update.... I brought my new 2012 Outback into Delta to have something looked at that was under warranty. Dave Moerland freaked out, he spoke loudly in front of other customers about how he work here for 17 years and complained about how i left bad comments about him that were uncalled for! The XT has 20k more on the (deltas)bad motor now and runs great!! 01-09 2015 Update..... XT has another 10k and still running great! We are currently shopping for another 2014 Subaru and won't be shopping at Delta.... that'll be 60K they lost for trying to blow smoke up my A@S!! Than they started rebuilding and everything went bad. Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt because of construction, but now it's finished and they just can't seem to get it together. Be cautious of this dealership's service department. They forgot to put the oil cap back on my 2014 Forester after servicing the vehicle. Oil flowed like a fountain under the hood for a day before I realized their mistake. They tried steam cleaning the engine afterwards, but left plenty of oil covered car parts for us to clean. read more

So where do I start.....I scheduled a service on my Audi, I told them I had a bad bearing and need it replaced, because I didn't have the tools to do it myself. They called me back an hour before they closed. (I took my car to them at 8am). They told me a list of all that was supposedly wrong with the car's suspension/steering. Quoted me over 6k. But on that list was no sign of them saying I had a bad bearing. They kept insisting it was this part and that part that really need to be fixed, which I knew was bs cause I took everything apart and examined my car before I took it in, because I'm diy kinda guy. I eventually got frustrated with them and I said don't touch the car and I will just do everything myself. Further more I just bought the tools and spent a couple hundred and saved 6 grand on there stupid services. Can't believe they lie and try to rip ppl off for there money. They are ok.... I've bought a 2012 Audi A4 there. Was just back in Grand Rapids on over the Holiday (live in Massachusetts now) had good experiences here in the past until my last two trips here.... Anyways I have. A 2013 Audi s4 that I didn't buy there. My left headlight was out. So while in commute on 90 to get to MI I thought let's call Delta they'll hopefully be able to fix that. They said or sure no appointment necessary. Well I brought in the car which is 1.5 years old mind you. The problem of the headlight to me wasn't a bulb because it would work for a while then the whole headlight would shut off. So I tel them what's going on. To mike V . Worked with him in the past while living in GR with my A4. After waiting for about 1 hour 20 min he hands me the keys and told me their isn't anything wrong. They can't reproduce it and to wait till I get home. So I reluctantly thank him and take the keys. Not even 20 min after they closed the light shuts off.l, and I'm welcomed with the code on my dash. So I drive the car 750 miles with one headlight. Same thing happened in my local dealership got it there light was currently on and working and everything seemed fine. Natick Audi said they'll figure it out dash light or no dash light. They fixed it in 30 min and I was on my way again. They said the code was in the memory and they knew exactly what was wrong. I hate to say it but I'm 100% certain Delta Audi blew me off because I didn't buy the car there. I don't think they are bad. But an Audi customer is an Audi customer. My time was wasted. I'll tell most to get their car serviced somewhere else. Unless you buy from them then you'll be ok. So moral of the story if out of town and need some Audi service don't go to Delta. I attempted to buy my s4 there while living in Iowa so I know not all experiences are bad. But that's another bad experience I can tell you about. First 2012 A4 was a good experience though. They have a newer sales a manger who is kinda of loopy and unprofessional. I wondered if he was stoned..... He was part of the reason I didn't buy there. I had a truly amazing experience at Delta Subaru. Adam Versluis and Candace Hedger went so far above and beyond normal expectations for customer service to make sure I got the car I wanted! Candace worked extra hard with the financing - I had a unique situation and she never made me feel uncomfortable or like I was being a pain. She genuinely wanted to help... and she did! Success! And Adam was great. Went so far out of his way to actually deliver my car to me at work and get the paperwork signed since my schedule wouldn't allow me to come to the dealership. I'm not impressed... This is the third time I have used this dealership to work on my car and they just don't seem to care about the customer. I scheduled an appointment over a month ago to drop the car off at 7:30 am so that it would be done early in the afternoon before I was done with work. I did not hear anything all day and when I called at 3:00 pm they had barely started. Now I'm stuck in the waiting room when they had my car all day!! I bought a used Audi thinking it would be more reliable but quickly found that the one dealership in GR that sells Audi is the only place to really get the car fixed and you can tell by the gouging. Back brakes $600 (good pads and rotors at autozone are only $150). I am not sure if they treat all customers like crap but sure feel like the only one. read more

I took my audi in for it's tune-up (we have been very good about taking it in for it's tune-ups on time). They told me I needed new tires. We got them. I picked up my car filthy with tire slime all over the tires. They also had not washed or done any sort of clean-up to the inside or outside of my car (like they promised when we bought two audi's from them at the same time). We complained. They detailed the car. I picked it up a second time and the check engine light came on. They said it was sensor and reset it. I drove it home. The light came on again. I had to take it back for a third time. Had the car home for a week and the tire pressure light came on. They had underfilled the tires by 15ppi. We filled them. Then the back left rear tire light came on less than a week later. It was low again. I called and explained that I believe the tire might have a leak. Eric proceeded to tell me that it was our fault and argued with me. My husband just bought a new car. It wasn't an audi. I will be following his lead. Just spent $750 on new brakes as well as oil change and brake fluid flush. They're running a special this month on oil change and brake work discounts ($20 and $25 off respectively). You have to ask ahead of time and present a coupon to qualify for the discount. One shouldnt have to present coupon or ask for the discount when the special is running and you qualify.
