I moved out last summer to a new place, and I'm honestly looking to perhaps rent from them again since the other place didn't work out. The agent I worked with, Irena, was very responsive in helping coordinate logistics for both acquiring the apartment and also for the move-out. AND ONE OF THE BEST PARTS - they do not work with those mass volume apartment finder companies, so you don't have a million random people going through your place when the lease is up. They are respectful and kind to tenants, and will work with you when extenuating circumstances arise. It was really nice to go through a smaller realty company, and I appreciated my experience.

When I attempted to escalate issues, I found that the hostility was not coming from a rogue staff member but ownership directly! I have documentation of my experience because I could not believe a company would do and act in such a terrible way Before you trust the glowing reviews on this page, I strongly urge you to look closer. Ask yourself why a company with so many clear issues has so many five-star ratings. Do your own research, talk to current tenants if you can, and don't let a polished rating fool you into signing a lease. Document absolutely everything from day one. You will need it.

I remember thinking how attentive and patient she was during our conversation and that put me at ease. After discussing her credentials we proceeded to schedule an appointment. Upon our first meeting she came ready to work and access the damage. We knew our home needed work and Sandra gave us some "tough love" ideas and assignments. She was so professional and yet friendly and told us what we needed to do to get the best value for our home. What I also like about Sandra is how she'd make suggestions and ask for our input. She made us feel as though we were a part of the process and not just sitting on the sideline, even though we usually leaned in her favor. Although Sandra had other clients and responsibilities she was accessible and proactive. She's extremely skilled in the market and very conscientious. This building has been around for many years there are 22 floors in the building. They have made…read moremany improvements and still working on some things. First out of 3 elevators you may have one that works well, one that gets stuck on certain floors and one that is not available from either used for maintenance or moving people in and out. The security guards have done a better job on instructing people to not hang out in front of the buildings, asking guest for ID's and checking the banded list for those who should not enter. They use to call and ask the lease holder if it was ok for people to come up but they no longer do that which is better. They have functioning cameras on the inside and outside of the building. The front of the building, inner entrance, stairway, laundry room, hallways, mailbox, elevator, and parking lot all are free of paper trash and unpleasant smells. The elevators are always clean free of odors paper and graffiti and they have functioning security cameras on them. The rent is reasonable and the building is budget, credit and criminal friendly, a 2 bedroom is around $750. They do routine pest extermination throughout the whole building. There is plenty of parking in the back, side parking lot and on the street. Front of the building is well lit. Even though there is light on the outside the parking lot and street could use some more lighting. Overall it is a hood friendly family building, a place to live.
