The upper level is really the balcony of the church and contains three small rooms of goods. Nothing caught our eye today, but we would stop back if in the area.

The majority of people I see thrifting nowadays are older individuals (70+) and college students. Being a student myself and being too young to apply for a non-student credit card such as the options in discovers program, being met with this response was disappointing and tedious. When I told Kimberly that thrifts had accepted my discover card prior to this interaction with her, she stated how those employees were just "new" and needed to be taught to only accept the two cards mentioned despite their system's ability to take any card. I don't think I'll be coming back again because of how negative this experience was.

The entire building (basement, garage, main floor and second floor) is full of very well organized items. There were spiderwebs and visible dust in some places but overall pretty clean. I wanted to wash my hands before I left but bathrooms are currently not available to customers due to COVID. All staff wore masks, hand sanitizer was available at the door, and all other customers that I saw had masks on as well. Each floor has at least two means of egress via stairs. There is an operational freight elevator but I'm not sure if they allow customers with mobility challenges to use it. I like that their sections of records and books had been sorted by genre - that makes looking for a specific title much easier. We found the prices a little high though we didn't find anything to purchase and negotiate. Lots to see, some beautiful wood furniture, and we would definitely stop back.
