My very thoughtful friend bought me a gift card to Tractor Supply in Orange, MA as a Christmas…read moregift. So I went there and tried to buy something with it. The employee at the register scratched off the back for me to read the number. He scratched so hard that a couple of the numbers weren't readable and so the gift card couldn't be redeemed. None of this was my fault, but the rude manager lady who came up to try and help this kid said I'm out of luck. I said none of this was my fault and they needed to let me have the merchandise after taking the money from my friend who bought me the gift card. She refused. Rudely. Then her manager, Mike came to the register and he said no as well. What a waste of money for my friend who was just trying to do something nice for me. That store sucks. I always have a bad experience there. I'm never shopping there again. If you're the farming type and live near Orange, MA, I highly recommend Greenfield Farmers Cooperative Exchange.
