The team at Maki's has always been helpful to me and my wife and I recommend them and their policies. Returns have been easy as well. I have never heard of this place before until it showed up on my bank statement. Someone decided to place an order here 2000 miles away from me using my credit card, an fake email addy and no phone number buying something I would never buy, then shipped it a 1000 miles away to somebody else, who does not even exist. When I noticed the charge it had already been shipped and delivered, left at the door of the imaginary person. Imagine that. Now the order has gone upstairs to their fruad department, but it is to late since they already received the package. It is not like they are going to send UPS back there to retrieve the package.
