I have personally, as well as my entire family, been seeing Dr. Baudean for my entire life and have absolutely nothing but excellent things to say about this office. The experience and customer service found at this office is unmatched. Not to mention Dr. Baudean's and the dentist office's constant community involvement and support for the it's customers. I happen to recently recommend one of my close friends who was in need of dental care and she had nothing but positive things to say as well. She had been seeing her personal dentist for years but decided to now go with Dr. Baudean's office because of the professionalism and customer care. Not sure exactly who the individual is that left the bad feedback, but your thoughts and views towards this office and staff is the epitome of incorrect statements/views. I as well have personally dealt with Ms. Gail the office manager. The effort and help that she puts forward to help all of office's clients, including myself and my family, is beyond words and incomparable. One of the most genuine and nicest people on this planet. Way back when Doctor Baudeaun started his practice on Ames I was one of his forst clients and after wards I went home to tell my wife Faye how good He was with me being thst He just graduated from college but I got a flat NO Sghe wasn't going to a dentist because of Her previous experiences with them. It took some talking and pleading with Her to finally get Her to see Doc Baudean. But once their I told the Doc of Her experiences and He told me not to worry. Well a short story longer. She went in an sat down in the Chair and Doctor Baudean proceded to ask Her what was the problems. Well 20 or so minutes later She came out with a smile on Her face and told me how great He was with Her. The main thing was that She didn't experience any pain and then onHer own made Her follow up appointments to get the rest of Her work done on Her own as I watched Her then I ask why she was affraid of dentist and She told me that I must be wrong cause she wasn't affraid of seeing Doctor Baudean cause He was so nice and pain free. Over the next few months She went by Herself and got all of Her teeth fixed and cleaned and I never heard Her ever complain about seeing the dentist any more and this was back in 1985 or 86 when we went and She hasn't gone to any one else since then but Doctor Baudean. read more

I had the good luck of falling down stairs at work and breaking a tooth in half while chipping the one next to it. Dr. Baudean was able to see me the same day and give me the relief I needed. His staff was extremely courteous and professional throughout the visit. On the first visit I was given a temporary crown and needed to wait for the lab to create the permanent crown that would be placed on my followup visit. The crown came in very quickly and no one can even tell that one of my front teeth is a crown or that one of them has been bonded because the quality of their work is excellent. It had been some time since I had a cleaning so on my follow up visit Dr. Baudean asked me if I would like to have a cleaning done which was extremely convenient for me because I was already there. During the cleaning a few cavities were found that needed to be fixed. They went over the costs with me which were very clearly explained and then proceeded to fill the cavities the same day without needing to make a follow up appointment. First off let me say that I absolutely HATE going to the dentist after a previous bad experience. My wife and kids see Dr Baudean and she convinced me to give him a chance. From the minute I got back there the staff done everything possible to make sure I was comfortable. I got my cleaning done and went over a treatment plan and to my surprise was able to save a broken tooth I thought was a goner. In my next visit I thought I was just getting fitted for my permanent crown only to come back yet again to get it put in. Nope. They have the most up to date technology to make my crown there and I got to watch it being made! Dr. Baudean has given me a positive outlook on going to the dentist again. As for the negative reviews I have read, insurance companies are a pain to work with. Sometimes these things happen at no fault to the provider. This should have no effect on the type of dentist Dr. Baudean is. read more

I went to Dr. Baudean's office for the first time last week, and I will definitely be going back. The staff was very professional and they seem to have a genuine care for their patients. During my visit with Dr. Baudean, I felt that he was very personable and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, and I didn't feel like he just wanted to get me in and out. The assistants and front office also made sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what was going on at all times. I just moved here from out of town, and I have been dreading having to change dentists, but after my visit, this is definitely a dentist office I feel comfortable making my own and referring to friends and family. read more

I have suffered severe dental problems for years. Dr. Baudean was recommended to me. I actually went to see him for a second opinion. I liked his kind and gentle spirit so much, he became my dentist. It's the best decision I've made in a long time. I travel several hours to see him so he packs in as much work as I can stand to make for fewer trips. He is a great dentist. He got me out of dental trouble in the beginning and has been able to keep me out of pain since, while working within my budget for restoration. He does not suggest any unnecessary work be done. AMAZING DENTIST! Dr. Baudean and his staff are beyond professional. They listen to patients' complaints regarding pain and figure out how to fix it. I really appreciate the friendly reminders regarding follow up appointments, as I am a working mom with a busy schedule and it is easy to forget. My kids love Dr. Baudean and are not scared of him working on them even though they are only 5 and 7.
