Hey, here's my review of Aubi & Ramsa - Liquor-Infused Ice Cream Bar (5 out of 5): This is my second time coming back, and Aubi & Ramsa has officially earned its place as one of my favorite hidden gems in the city. Located on a quiet block, it's the kind of place where you can really unwind. Whether you're solo, on a casual date, or meeting a friend, it's perfect for low-key hangs. You can sit outside or relax at the bar inside. It's never been crowded when I've gone, which makes it feel like a personal getaway in the middle of the city. Aubi & Ramsa specializes in liquor-infused ice cream--a rare treat done exceptionally well. Each serving contains 4.9% ABV, so you must be 21 or older to enjoy. It's ice cream that feels just a little dangerous, but in the best possible way. (by the way, they even have a virgin piña colada that's 100% natural ingredients with 0% alcohol.) The overall vibe is calm and intimate, with great music and atmosphere. There are two outdoor tables (usually available unless it gets really popular), and the bar inside is clean and elegant. It's the perfect spot to treat yourself--you don't have to bring anyone along, but it's also a great choice if you do. Right across the street is a beer garden (BIERGARTEN), so depending on the time of day, the block may be either quiet or mildly energetic. Still, Aubi & Ramsa keeps its own relaxed tone no matter what. They offer a solid variety of rotating ice cream flavors--from Old Fashioned and White Russian to Passionfruit Margarita and Chocolate Amaretto. The ice cream is smooth, well-balanced, and surprisingly easy to enjoy. Sometimes the alcohol is subtle, but it's definitely present and may sneak up on you. They also sell pints to go, which is a great bonus. Please note that some of their products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, or peanuts. If you have dietary restrictions, it's a good idea to check ahead. Overall, I give Aubi & Ramsa a strong 5 out of 5. It's rare for me to rate any place this high, but they've earned it. The location is great, the staff has been consistently kind and responsive, the product is excellent, and the environment is exactly what you want from a modern dessert bar. If you're looking to take a break, indulge yourself, or introduce someone to something truly unique, this is the spot.

Located in Nomad, I've passed by this spot SO many times and each time I told myself that I had to come back to try it. This spot offers alcohol-infused ice cream and truly seems like a cool experience. The interior of the place is a bar-vibe, very chill, and nice. Service here is solid. My friend and I tried two different ice creams: one espresso martini, and one strawberries rose. Both were delicious and very different. The espresso martini was rich, creamy, and decadent. The strawberries rose was more like a sorbet and very light. They both came in small jars that were peeled open for us by the bartender. You can also buy pints of these! Would love to come back to try their other flavors!

What a fun concept! We were joking around all night about how we're going to go out again on a weekday since we had all gone clubbing a couple nights before but stumbled upon this boozy ice cream shop. It's definitely pricey for the size ($10) but we're paying for the design, experience, and ...booze. I highly recommend the Japanese Pearl flavor! It's refreshing and the punch of spirit is definitely there.

We stopped by to try out their mezcal ice cream, which we really liked! The small sizes are perfect to share and the mezcal with aztec chocolate was delicious! Super smooth ice cream that balanced out the mezcal with chocolate-y sweetness! The music was a bit loud, as the ice-tender turned the music up after we arrived as well, haha. It was just my wife and I, and we enjoyed the second half of the ice cream while walking around outside due to the loud music. All good, though - the ice-tender was feeling the music!

Greta marketing , Very friendly bar service , super cute, dim lit small bar with marble top that serves liquor infused ice cream. Offering vodka. Gin, rum , tequila and bourbon infused ices cream served in small tins. More ice cream, less liquor flavor. Good trendy lounge music playing.

My husband and I were craving dessert after dinner at our hotel and found this place. We had seen photos of this place being like a bar but didn't realize that they only served alcoholic ice cream, which we didn't mind. We shared the chocolate Hiro flavor which is made with Toki (Japanese whiskey). We had a great chat with the 'bartender' and enjoyed the classy and quiet atmosphere (no kids).

I decided to check out Aubi & Ramsa on a hot summer day, thinking some ice cream would help cool me down. This place isn't your regular ice cream shop--it's all about alcoholic ice cream, which is a fun twist! It has a bar setup where you order at the counter, and there are high seats in front of a big mirror. When we got there, it was pretty packed, and the atmosphere was lively. Unfortunately, nobody greeted us, so we weren't sure what to do. Everyone seemed to just walk up to the bar to order, but there was only one staff member working. We were waiting for staff to come take our order, but it seemed like nobody was coming. After waiting for about 10 minutes, we finally said, "Forget it," and headed to the bar ourselves to place our order. After ordering that's when we realized that you just order at the bar. We went with the strawberry and rosé champagne sorbet since that was the only non-dairy option. I have to say, I was a bit let down--the champagne flavor really overpowered the strawberry and rosé, so I didn't get the taste I was hoping for. If you're a champagne lover, you might enjoy it more than I did. Overall, it's a fun concept and worth a try, but I think they could really use some signs or guidance for newcomers on how to order.

What a fun idea and a great spot for dessert! The "small" sizes are the perfect portion for a little sweet treat. There were so many flavors to choose from that you'll find yourself planning the next time you'll go back to try everything else. I had the strawberry daiquiri and for someone who does not drink (like, ever), it was delicious! The strawberry ice cream itself tasted fresh and was the perfect creamy texture and the amount of liquor infused was just right. My friend had the Kentucky Creme Brûlée and it was just as delicious! We are already planning our next city trip to try other flavors. Jasmine was our server and she was amazing - she was so kind and welcoming and friendly. She was attentive to everyone coming in and leaving, and really made this place the 5-star spot that it is.

Came for a sweet (and boozy) treat after dinner and loved the flavours we tried!! (Belgian chocolate and White Russian) Ambiance definitely felt bougie but loved the vibes on a fun girls night out on a Friday :)

Rich alcohol-infused ice cream. The sparse a comfortable storefront offers a variety of decadent ice cream flavors. The products are made in Florida. The products are served in sealed containers in one of two different sizes.

Overall, a fun creative concept. Pulled up to the "bar" and we ordered a few ice creams to try. You could definitely taste the alcohol in the kentucky creme brulee! Overall, the flavors were interesting, but ~$10+ tax/tip for 3.7 oz (less than a single ice cream scoop) felt small. Glad we tried it once. I also agree it's not really a sit and linger type of place. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes.

I went to Aubi & Ramsa located at 38 Little W 12th Street for a little dessert before heading to the hotel. I was drawn in by the sign that said liquor infused ice cream! Inside I was greeted by a lovely lady who suggested a few of her favorites. I went with the Lucky Brownie made with St. Brendan's Irish cream, sweet cream ice cream and bits of brownie. The sweet cream ice cream was smooth and rich! The ice cream was soooo good I ordered another 3.7 oz serving but I changed the flavor to the Addictive Chocolate Manhattan made with Hudson whiskey, chocolate ice cream and cherries. The Chocolate ice cream blended so well with the whiskey and cherries that I didn't even taste the alcohol! This was a refreshing change from the delicious gelato shop I go to. If you are in the city you should definitely check them out!

There are different types of cold treats: gelatos and more slushie like consistency frozen confections that are served in a cup. My vegan friend appreciated that he could choose from multiple vegan flavors, not just be limited to the one and only offering, which is what most places usually have. Melon flavor was incredible. Tasted like frozen melon was crushed with ice and chopped into an ice/smoothie blend. Super refreshing. Very sweet, though. All flavors are very sweet, so a small portion can be shared and you will feel satisfied. I personally enjoyed their in-house special flavor of gelato: honey cream with crushed almonds, pistachios, and hazelnuts. That was bombastic! Love how nutty the consistency was. I love nuts, so this almost reminded me of a chunky peanut butter situation: just more fine grained and smooth, with gelato being the base. Highly recommend trying this flavor! Focacia was okay. A bit too dry and bland for my liking, but still decent. My favorite item was the pistachio bombolone which is officially now my favorite dessert. This was magnificent! The yeasty dough was so light and airy--perfectly light and balanced. The filling of pistachio cream was very delicate and not sweet at all, which was such a nice surprise. I do not like saccharine dessert. The fresh raspberry jam was a perfect balance to the pistachio cream. I never like jams in my desserts, but this was a perfect complement. Woooow, what a treat! Can't wait to return for it and to try more of their other flavors--hazelnut & chocolate, coconut, white chocolate, tiramisu. You could taste the superb quality of the ingredients. Highly recommend.

I was just walking by when they were handing out samples, took one bite, and immediately turned around to buy a full serving. It was THAT good. In fact, I went back the very next day... no regrets. There's just something special about their gelato--especially when topped with that rich pistachio sauce. On a previous visit to their Times Square location, I had one of their more decadent creations: gelato with waffle sticks and pistachio sauce. It was absolutely heavenly and incredibly delicious. This time, I didn't have room for something quite as indulgent, but I still wanted something sweet after dinner at La Basque. The closest Amorino was in Greenwich Village, just a 10-minute walk away. That walk alone is always a treat--Greenwich Village is charming, pedestrian-friendly, and full of outdoor dining and energy, especially on a September Saturday afternoon. I grabbed my gelato to-go and chose the amarena and hazelnut flavors, topped with the signature pistachio sauce. They poured the sauce at the bottom of the cup, and it hardened slightly to create a delicious shell underneath the gelato. I enjoyed it while walking through the Village, soaking in the late-summer atmosphere of the city with gelato in hand. Simple, sweet, and exactly what I needed.
