When I answered he started screaming and cursing at me telling me I gave the insurance company the wrong address for the mechanic and threatening to drop it where he was at or impound it to his lot where "I would have to deal with him." I standing in the middle of a professional business establishment asked him to remain professional and tried to give him the proper address. I had to walk outside due to his continued screaming, cursing, and threats. After I had finally gotten a word in edge wise to give him the address and ask for his manager he told me he was the "******* owner." I called the insurance company back detailed my experience suggested that they do not use his service in the future and asked them what address they had given him. They had given him the proper address in the first place as it turns out it was his mistake. I can only assume he wrote it down wrong. I have never in my life received such poor unprofessional service. I was ready to call the police if he did not get my car to where he was being paid by my insurance company to take it. He should not have a business license as far as I'm concerned.
