The first couple projects we completed were the string art kits. The curbside pickup was seamless and the staff was super friendly! I got home to find the wrong color board but the issue was addressed promptly and Revel went above and beyond to make sure their customers were happy! Picking up a new board couldn't have been easier. Also, when I was at the end of my project and about 15 nails short, they were gracious enough to mail them out to me so I didn't have to drive from Milwaukee to Madison. The customer service here is phenomenal and really made me feel like they cared about their customers. I will be the first to say that I'm not a crafty person but the "Love" design was one I was willing to put forth the effort for and I'm so glad I did. Hammering all those little nails took a little more time than I expected and I'm glad this was a project for home so I could work on it as time allowed. Our next project is the etched coasters and can't wait to see how those turn out. I look forward to being able to visit Revel during "normal" times and take advantage of their workshops and events. They have several different thinks to choose from including a decorative tray, a beer carrier, a picture, glitter art, jewelry, etc. They also have a glitter and sequin bar, a yarn bar, and construction paper area to choose your decorations from. They have a bar area to order drinks or snacks from. You are also able to bring your own food in to snack on. There are instructors there to help you if you want any assistance with any craft. Overall, it was such a fun experience! Great for a girls night or for anyone who likes to craft and socialize. I would highly recommend booking an event at Revel!! :)

We were met in the parking lot by employees who led us to the venue entrance. The weeding took place outside behind the building with a pond and woods in the backdrop. It was a beautiful day and made the occasion even more attractive. I'm sure the pictures will be amazing! Cocktail hour and appetizers were hosted outside the main building partially under an overhang. Games like Cornhole and Large Jenga were available. Music was also piped into the area. Dinner was served in the building which has seating on a main floor and in an upper balcony. There is also a good sized bar in the back. After diner the party was moved back outside so the main dining area could be turned into a dance area. Because the weather was so great I'm pretty sure it never moved back in! Music and dancing outside on a warm summer night was perfect! (And no mosquitoes) Late night pizzas were prepared on a wood fire grill and served to cap off the evening. Stephanie was so kind and welcoming and knowledgeable. Like many venues of this age, it was not built for security checks and metal detectors, which meant we were waiting outside to get in for a while and that normally would not bother me but given the frigid temperatures, I do wish they could have done something to streamline the wait. Once we were in, staff inside were friendly if not necessarily helpful with not one but two ushers steering us in the wrong direction to our seats, seats on the floor that were not cconsistently labeled. Thankfully there weren't any issues with our seats and we were able to enjoy the show--too bad our feet never warmed up the entire visit!

The lobby can get a little busy and crowded (nothing new there). If you are planning to buy alcohol, you get your wrist strap ahead of time. There's a place to get merchandise, and that can get a bit congested. Plenty of folks to help you get to your seats. For this show we were front row balcony (which I feel is the best spot in the entire place). The seats are a little dated, narrow, and might benefit from being restuffed. The acoustics were good, but not great but certainly better than most large venues (i.e. Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee). I would definitely come again.
