The place is very small so a reservation is a must, I heard many great things about it so I was really pumped! So out came the first courses, homemade pickles, beets and some split pea soup to start. Everything tasted spot on and very delicious.
We had ordered 2 meat platters, 50 bucks each and its worth every penny. A plethora of roast beef, pork, smoke meat, ribs and yes also sausage! Everything was phenomenal but my favourite was the ribs... wow! Yeah traditional food came out then, the giant egg omelette soufflé , pigs ears, hot dogs in syrup and these great roasted potatoes, the only thing I didn't enjoy were the pigs ears... way to hard I almost broke a tooth LOL.
Then out came the desert!!! Pudding chomeur and sugar pie. The chomeurs was my fave , not to sweet but just right. The pie was a good buy too sweet for me.
All in all this will be my go to cabane a sucre for years to come!!! What u waiting for?! BOOK IT RIGHT NOW.
