While there was a delay on the delivery of the washer (none of it their fault), they kept me informed the entire time and then delivered everything and hooked it all up in a professional, yet "down home" manner. Brake, signal and tail lights were sporadic at best. Not only was Mark able to diagnose the problem very fast, he also had the wiring and harnesses to fix the problem right on the job site. Not only did he fix the electrical problem, but he also spotted a problem with the old brake line on the trailer and was able to replace those at the same time. Our extra fridge in the garage was completely out, and I was panicking about spoiling an entire fridge full of food. I called Tony and he was at my house within 20 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything up and running again in less than an hour. He explained what happened in a way I could understand, was respectful of our home, and was both knowledgeable and incredibly courteous the whole time. The diagnostic service call by Brandon gave me a quote for a rotor hub and the part was in their stock inventory, quote was for $235.00. Mike and Brandon returned to install the part and upon installation of the part (and some other part) the washer still sounded like a jet. They said they needed to remove another part to grease it but could not get the part out. They said they needed a special tool that cost $550 and that they would contact me in a couple of months (before summer). They refunded me what I had paid except for the diagnostic service call. I called another company for another opinion and hopefully a repair. Two months of that jet noise was not acceptable. The other reputable company did a diagnostic review of the washer. First, an error message came up that the hoses were reattached incorrectly (cold water hose on hot water faucet and hot water hose on cold water faucet)-simple fix but should have been checked by Brandon and Mike. I had the packaging of the parts that Brandon and Mike had installed and those parts were not the issue. The problem with the washer was a much more involved solution. As nice as Brandon and Mike were, this situation was beyond Mike's and Brandon's scope.
