While admitted due to major complications Dr vahil claimed to forget I was admitted (in his own hospital same building) so I sat for a week with no food or treatment. Staff kept notifying his office but he never showed up. Luckily somehow I didn't die. I would not recommend this doctor for a Gi unless you have no other choice. That appointment was rescheduled due to the provider being out. I arrived today (3/20) for the rescheduled appointment, only to find that the provider is not on site again and being rescheduled for late June. I also received a message yesterday confirming today's appointment and confirming my attendance. At this point, I have been waiting nearly six months to review my results and discuss a necessary medication prescription, which is extremely concerning and frustrating. I have also been told that I am unable to transfer to another provider, leaving me without any timely option for care.

Dr. Suga was fantastic, but the office staff and scheduling is absolutely abysmal. If they really can't manage to keep appointments made 3 months out with a stat referral they should really re-evaluate how they are handling scheduling at their practice.

However this medical group is extremely slow in refunding one's deposit even after they have been paid in full. This medical group seems to only initiate refunding deposits if you call them. I took the early morning gig, first one in, Yee RN was a gem, answering my questions, easing my mind and getting me ready for the procedure. Randy the nurse anesthetist came in happy and very comforting, letting me know about the anesthesia he would use to put me under. He wheeled me into the surgical room, Kathy joked with me, Randy turned on the Propofol, night-night. I woke up 30 minutes later, actually feeling great, no soreness at all. Dr Michael Baker MD came in and reported all he'd seen during my procedure, very positive guy. My sweet recovery nurse, Andrea RN disconnected me from all the lines and IV, let me get dressed and then walked me out to my awaiting car, twenty steps away! I so appreciated the way I was treated today at the Endoscopy Center of Colorado Springs! I'll be back in 7-10 years.
