When I arrived the front desk staff was aware of my appointment and was so warm & welcoming, which was refreshing being that I've recently been to a bunch of other appointments with different providers & that wasn't quite the case. The nurse was also very friendly & genuine & made me feel very comfortable regarding what to expect throughout my visit. Even the xray technician was bubbly & made me comfortable despite having to contort my body to get the best shots lol. And finally the Doctor ... Dr. Mayorga is hands down one of the best doctors I've seen in my lifetime. It's not just one thing that he does, it's literally everything. I felt heard, important, confident in his care & like he had my best interest at heart. He's truly a 10/10 & I highly recommend him ... & highly recommend the office as well! So glad I found them!

Less than 100 steps. There is only 2 lanes of traffic between here and there. I came in for a blown out knee, and I can barely use crutches to walk very far. Certainly not safe to walk across a street by myself. I had someone that could get me in their car over there, but noone to get me back, and I didn't feel safe as it's a busy street. I figured I'm sure someone would help, right? I asked for someone to give me a ride just to my drive way less than 100 steps away. NO. I asked for a wheelchair I could borrow and my wife can bring it back tonight when she gets back from the city. NO. I asked if someone out of the KINDNESS OF THEIR HEART would take a 5 min break, and at least walk with me across to help me be safe. No. I have no one else to come help me. So they are willfully sending me out to danger. No humanity in this world anymore, and certainly not at this doctor's office. And they want me to come back?! For a repeat visit for another couple hundred? What disrespect. I literally was crying as a 35 year young guy at my lowest point, so embarrassed and they just say sorry and go back to work. Shame on you all...

DR. FOCAZIO SAVED MY LIFE!!!…read more No exaggeration here, I was hospitalized and diagnosed with low platelets late January 2025 at mountainside. Although I was complaining about my stomach they never bothered to do appropriate testing and gave me the boot with a dangerous, near infusion level platelet count (20k range) and slapped an idiopathic diagnosis on It. I rolled along for months filtering through one other gastro and decided to switch to Dr. Focazio. Within a week of thorough testing and analysis he found that I was carrying a rare and extremely deadly novel bacteria inside me that I likely got on a work trip back in November 2024. It was then treated promptly. After feeling a bit better with the bacteria being eliminated I have been experiencing after effects that I thought would never go away but I stuck close to Dr. Focazio and am finally starting to heal. Both myself and my entire family, who have been grateful, could not recommend a better doctor. Dr. Focazio specializes in Gastroenterology but is multi disciplinary which includes his expertise in infectious disease. He has helped me through such a miserable portion of my life where so many other doctors have failed. If you want a doctor to sit down be patient and listen to you with both knowledge of cold hard medicine and also cutting edge knowledge of natural treatments this is YOUR DOC. The staff has been friendly and helpful. I can call them whenever and they hear me out and get back to me. They let me know exactly what the doctor says to do if I have a weird test and are relaxed when there's nothing to be worried about. Both the doctors in my family and other doctors I've seen have commended Dr. Focazios choice of treatment and consideration of my symptoms. I always said if you want a good doc go to one that's not only a doc but also a surgeon. Not only are they schooled but they also have the healing mechanics built into their hands. If you want your life back make an appointment with Dr. Focazio today.

It was mere coincidence that Dr. Raab is also part of the CNSO medical team! This connection affirmed that CNSO was indeed the correct practice for me. For cases such as mine, the CNSO surgical team includes surgeons from both spinal disciplines: Orthopedic Spine Surgeon AND a Spinal Neurosurgeon. This combination was super-important to me and actually one of the main reasons that I went with CNSO. I met with Dr. Raab and I immediately liked him. He is very calm, warm, and articulate. He further clarified and explained the issues/situation around the progressive, painful deformity in my spine (Scheuermann's disease) that I had lived with for years. He appreciated my questions and my understanding, which he also further impressed upon me, of the seriousness and the recovery challenges associated spinal surgery. In January, Dr. Harris and Dr. Raab performed a 13-vertebrae (T2-L2) spinal fusion on my spine. The results are absolutely incredible and I couldn't be more pleased (no more pain & no more ugly thoracic hump)!! I highly recommend Dr. Raab for anyone in need of a Neurosurgeon.
