When I got to the appointment I was asked to wait for Mr B. When I said I had an appointment for Ms Fanning, I was told that Mr B often takes her appointments. I was never told that Ms Fanning wouldn't take my appointment. The staff was very polite, however, I made the appointment two months out and talked to the staff several times and each time it was said that it was in preparation of my meeting with Ms Fanning. Never was it mentioned that Ms Fanning would not be meeting with me, or even that she worked with another lawyer. I refused the appointment with the other lawyer and walked out for two reasons. The first because I wanted to see the lawyer that was recommended to me. The second, because it was poor communication at best, deceptive at worst. Either way, it was enough to break my trust. No amount of money would make this a good choice. On a less important convenience note, the office has no marking on the outside and it isn't clear if there is a public door.
