My experience at this store was extremely disappointing today…read more My son had received a fitted hat as a gift from a friend for his bday. The tags were on, and it was in the Just for Sports bag. Unfortunately, the hat didn't fit. So we went in and asked if we could do an even exchange for a larger size. The first employee told us it wasn't a problem and helped my son locate the correct size. All good. We took the new hat over to the cashier (a different employee) and we were informed that exchanges were not allowed without an original receipt or the original credit card used. Clearly, I don't know how they paid for the hat. Regardless: Store shopping bag All original Tags Zero help. Lesson here: do NOT buy gifts at this store. Something as simple as even exchange is impossible unless the original purchaser is present with a receipt or credit card used. So now my son has a $41.99 hat (plus tax!) that will sit on his shelf but will never be worn. Pathetic, poor business practices in my opinion.

This location does not have a cafe, but they still honor the sale. I think the book is normally $18.00 but it drops to $5.00 if you get a cafe item, or in this case a chocolate. The staff is helpful and accommodating. I grabbed a true crime book and my annual tote. I'm a member of their rewards program so I get a free tote each year and a discount on my purchases.
