I kept getting things fixed and charged for them, only to find out that wasn't even the actual problem. My husband took it to Good Guys Garage and they figured it out immediately!! When that obviously did not work instead of offering to refund the "diagnosis fee" they said "we can take it off the next repair to fix your car". I was told…read moreit would take all day, so I was concerned when I got notified the car was done just 2 1/2 hours after I brought it in. At first glance, the car looked pretty good. And, they went back and cleaned the glove compartment after I noticed it was dirty and untouched. However, under closer inspection, they obviously rushed through the job. The exterior mirrors were not cleaned, nor was the area beneath the back ledge were the license plate is attached. The carpeting was not cleaned, just vacuumed, and the area underneath the floor mats was completely ignored. Stains on the center console were missed, and the door jams were not properly cleaned. If I had paid $150, I'd say okay, you get what you pay for. But I paid $350 and expected a superior "detailed" job. Very disappointing. Buyer beware.

I took two cars today to get the oil changed. I went to performance plus in north Muskegon. The…read morecost for both vehicles for a basic oil change with synthetic oil was $228.00 or $114.00 per vehicle. This doesn't include the upcharge to get a better car wash. That was an extra $8.00. That being said, The staff was friendly and honest-even about up sells. But they didn't Check the tire pressure on either car until i ask the to on my second vehicle. According to their paperwork. This should be the standard practice on all vehicles and a reason I took my car in to get serviced. Also, they never checked my transmission fluid. But that may be because there isn't any way to check it. At least that is what I was told by the man servicing the car. He may be right. Another thought, I think when you pay $114 to get your oil changed. You should get the best car wash for that cost of $114.00. You shouldn't have to pay an extra eight dollars for an upgrade car wash. Yes they give you a free basic car wash . But you have to pay an extra eight dollars ($12.00 of the best wash). The $114.00 should included in the best car wash. If they did do what their page says and gave the top of the line car wash. Then I would definitely come back But as of now I am uncertain if I will go back again.

"Quick Lube" is right because I was in and out with a coupon with a free car wash to boot. I missed some of the bells and whistles of other oil change places, like interior vacuuming and window washing, but the accessibility and speed was great!
