I came in on Saturday to make a reservation for an oil and filter service. I mentioned to them that I was coming in earlier to be sure that I would be able to get my car serviced before a long car trip on Wednesday. They reserved me for Tuesday that afternoon.
However, they waited until two hours before my appointment time that they would be unable to service my car due to unforeseen circumstances. Seriously!? You wait until 2 hours before my appointment to tell me you can't do it? So what is the point of a reservation made 4 days in advance?
Needless to say I will not be returning nor recommending. read more
