Abraham talks a big talk and promises to fix sinking stone in the future for free. However when you try to contact him for that free work, he doesn't respond! So I texted him and asked for him to come out to give me an estimate on my walkway and porch, he responded right away came out! When he was here I asked about repairing my sunken stone for free as he promised. He then said to me in Spanish- Money makes moves! I was appalled that he'd say that! For this reason I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH HIM! He even has jacked his prices up and 2 people we recommended him too ( prior to his deceitful downfall) he charged them double what he did for us! They had so much less work done! He's money driven and stingy and does NOT KEEP HIS WORD!

Use caution when considering this company. I selected this company based on its strong online…read moreratings and reviews. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those expectations. After the original installation, I raised concerns regarding the quality of the workmanship. The owner, Mark, indicated that he wanted to resolve the issues and offered to apply an additional topcoat to the driveway for an added cost. Based on those representations, I gave the company an opportunity to address the concerns. Despite investing nearly $17,000 in this project, the driveway remains unsatisfactory in my opinion. The surface appears patchy, contains depressions where water collects, and portions of the material began deteriorating almost immediately after installation. These issues have required me to seek evaluation and repairs from another contractor. I was initially assured that the company would stand behind its work and was asked not to engage another contractor while the matter was being addressed. However, my subsequent attempts to obtain a response and resolution have gone unanswered. Due to the condition of the driveway and the lack of resolution, I am currently pursuing legal remedies and have retained legal counsel regarding this matter. Consistent with my attorney's advice, I may provide additional documentation relevant to my experience, including photographs, video footage of the installation process, and records of conversations that occurred during the project, so that others may make their own informed decisions. This review reflects my personal experience and opinions regarding the workmanship, responsiveness, and overall handling of this project. I encourage prospective customers to conduct thorough due diligence, obtain detailed written warranties, and carefully document all project communications before proceeding.

My mother signed a contract for a fence totaling $9,200. We paid $8,200 upfront. After months of delays, repeated promises, and numerous scheduled completion dates that were not met, demands for more money the project remains unfinished. Throughout the project, we received multiple explanations for the delays, but the fence was still not completed. We have saved our contract, text messages, photographs, and Ring camera recordings documenting the timeline and the condition of the project. Because the work was not completed as agreed, we have terminated the contract, requested a full refund of the money paid, and have consulted an attorney regarding our legal options. This post reflects our personal experience. We encourage anyone considering hiring this company to do their own research, ask for references, verify licensing and insurance, and carefully review any contract before making a payment. From the first conversation I had with the office manager I really thought this was going to be a smooth process. I gave the company the deposit in May and the work wasn't completed till the end of September. I will say that it was a very rainy summer and work can't be done when the weather does not corporate. But the communication with this company was terrible. As the customer I should not had to call for updates to when work was going to start on my house. If I wanted any information I was the one who had to call. Then every time I was given a date that a contractor would come out they never showed. As time went by I as the customer didn't want to hear about how they needed to find a new roofer or someone's truck broke down, especially when I had to contact them for an update. The communication was so bad I had to call my insurance company to complain about the lack of communication I was getting on my project. I final felt like things were moving along when I picked my siding and the roofing materials were delivered. But then became disappointed again when the roofing materials sat on my roof for months. When the work started I was excited. Then came the continuous rescheduling and the miscommunication about which contractors were coming out. After I complained to my insurance company I did hear from the office manager about my project move frequently but was upset i had to go that route. The only complaint I have with the contractors is that the siding people did not clean up after themselves when they broke for lunch. I had to go outside and put their items in a trash bag, so the wild animals wouldn't be attracted to it. The work finally got done and from what I can see looks good. Had to go back and caulk a few items but am happy this is finally over.
