We came home the Saturday after Thanksgiving. It was during our first bad snowstorm. I was freaked out about the weather. It turned out that the bus had a lower step and was a lot easier to drive in during the storm. I have been remiss in not writing this sooner. I highly recommend this service!

The company is reputable and did not try to charge me for any extra "mess" even when someone spilled a bit of beer. My only complaint was that the bus was advertised as having "Bluetooth and auxiliary" capabilities for playing music. However after driving around for 15 minutes, none of us were able to figure out how to get out phones connected. The driver eventually pulled off and helped us get the radio going. We were brought a different driver for the second half of our trip who was able to have us play pur own music. An unfortunate incident but I would still give them 5 stars!
