I was treated efficiently, thoroughly, and compassionately at this facility. I would recommend them to anyone.

Urgent Care hmmmn. I…read morewent on an early Monday (around 10:15 AM), so I didn't have to wait. But once the nurse asked me some questions and another nurse made the basics tests on me, I was waiting for around 45' in the office. They didn't check my eyes. Only reading. I guess I'm used to be better examined. I actually open the door and ask if the doctor was still available or what had happened. 45 minutes. Seriously? They tried to charge me at the front desk before the doctor sees me, $190. That's the crime you have to pay because of an eye infection. No one can avoid being sick, but it's more frustrating t

I went recently to accompany a family member who had an urgent medical need on a Sunday that…read morewasn't quite serious enough for the emergency room but needed attention before Monday. Our wait was between one hour and 90 mins to see a doctor, which is better than wait times at an emergency room! The facility and waiting areas were nice and clean. You can enjoy coffee, tea, or bottled water while you wait. However, one thing that they should do to streamline the process is to give out the medical questionnaire forms as soon as you check in with the front desk. Instead, they put your name on a list, directed you to sit down, and after waiting for a while, they would call you back up to the front and give you all of the forms to fill out, which I thought was inefficient. Still, the overall experience was much more convenient than going to a big hospital. Also, they have locations throughout the area so you can go to a facility close to home. Also, they now have a website where you can check wait times at the various locations before you go.

This was probably one of the worst doctors visits I've ever experienced. The front desk staff was…read morerude both times i went. My nurse was overly touchy and pinched my shoulder multiple times while talking to me. It was extremely uncomfortable to be around. She then decided to repeatedly lecture me about contraceptive usage and said "you're too young to get pregnant so stay that way" when i replied i had never been pregnant. It seemed so unnecessary to say something like that. Who know what I could've had in my past or if I was trying to conceive with a partner. Unacceptable. While taking my blood pressure, she kept talking to me in a way that implied she wanted a response, but kept telling me to stop talking. Come to Dr. Fox. I said off the bat I wasn't interested in an IUD, but she kept pushing it. To further her case, she mentioned multiple times that she has placed an IUD in virgins before with no pain meds and they did fine. Gynecological medicine needs a complete overall bc many procedures done are incredibly painful for women, but many are often denied pain medication or it's not even brought up. An OBGYN visit is already hard enough with the anxiety, not to mention the staff making patients feel uncomfortable and pushed to do something they don't want to do. Pick somewhere else to go
