I got a piercing done in January of 2026, and now I'm already having to take it out, if that tells you anything (currently April 2026)

SO GOOD. depends on the artist of course. i had jake and he was amazing. i went in for a spontaneous tattoo and his line work and shading is amazing. the atmosphere is dope too. read more

My two besties and I went in to get simple matching tattoos exactly 1 month ago... 2 of us were in town from Indiana to se We're all grown women, and took care of our special little tattoos... and look! Very dissatisfied! My friend who lives there could go in and have it fixed...but the 2 of us from IN are just out the $80 each! Gave two stars only bc the guys in the shop were nice and put up with us wacky ladies. UPDATE: they contacted me and made things right and were very accommodating! Great customer service!!! Revised rating from two to four stars! read more

Was looking for a walkin friendly place for my first tattoo and it was such a welcoming atmosphere. Derrick did my tattoo and it was a great experience. My friend also got a tattoo from John, another artist there. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left everyone was super friendly and I highly recommend! read more

Got a tattoo by Greg here a month ago. He gave me a beautiful tattoo and touched up an old one I had. He was very friendly to me, made me feel comfortable, and worked with me to make sure the tattoo was in my budget and was giving me the piece I wanted! Will definitely recommend everyone to him, and return for more tattoos from him! read more

Being someone who's covered in tattoos I'm always scared when traveling away from home and giving another artist a chance on my body. This will be on me the rest of my life. Well put your mind at ease if you're visiting atomic tattoos inside the Tyrone Square mall. Vic tattooed my neck And Carlos tattooed my girlfriends finger. They both did an absolutely flawless job and the line work was very impressive. The facility is very clean and the staff made the experience a memorable one. I HIGHLY reccomend and will be back myself if I ever visit Florida again. read more

I made the decision, on a whim, to get a daith piercing to help with my migraines. I don't have any other piercings so I really had no idea what to expect. My piercer Gwen was amazing! I was nervous (I hope she couldn't tell) but she put me at ease. She explained everything in detail on what to expect, how to take care of it, when I could change out the ring, everything. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. The piercing process was extremely clean (I'm a nurse so I really appreciated that aspect) and relatively painless! Gwen....you've got yourself a new customer! I'm already planning my next piercing!!! read more

Went to go in for the Friday 13th deals on piercings and went to get a cartilage and third lobe done, I had explicitly told the piercer about a previously bad experience regarding placement errors and pain levels, and at the end of the session I ended up with three piercings, the third lobe done incorrectly and repierced an existing hole, and the last one sent into such pain I blacked out. Definitely check out other places before you come here. read more

I went in for a piercing. I was a little sceptical about the quality of employees of a mall tattoo shop. I was wrong! The staff is simply amazing! They really know what they're doing, and it's economical. Thank you for a great piercing and making me relax while you did it. read more

I was here yesterday with my wife and my mom to all get tattoos. We each got something small but we were taken great care of. Our pieces look incredible and I know I will definitely be back for more! I'd definitely recommend stopping in seeing Jay! Also, the young girl who tattooed my wife is very talented as well with a great personality! I forget her name, but I'm sure I'll be back to get some of her work! I forgot the last guy's name too, but he was at the first station right when you walk in, so you can't miss him! A big thank you to the staff for giving us some great tattoos, and we will definitely see you again soon! read more

These clowns just shoved a nose ring in my girlfriend that was too big, and not what she asked for. This guy caused damage to her nose shoving a ring that was too big THREE times until he forced it through. She asked for a small snug nose ring after waiting months for her piercing to heal to get this done. The result? A ring that was huge and not snug and caused her entire nose to swell up and bleed . They rushed through the entire process and took no care whatsoever. read more

I went to Atomic to get my septum Pierced for my birthday. The Internet has told me that if the piercer hits your "sweet spot", then it shouldn't bring you much pain. This piercing was one of the most painful experiences of my entire life, and I have had teeth pulled without anesthesia and 15 tattoos. I nearly fainted and had to lay down after turning ghostly pale. It's also barely sticking out of my nose so it's definitely too high. i'm not sure if it was the piercers inexperience or just a fluke, but whatever it was, it was extremely fucking painful and I would not recommend going for any piercing. The artists were nice and didn't charge too much but that's about all that was nice about it. read more

So I have been a regular at the shop and was turned away during the Friday the 13th event. I tried to set an appointment before hand and everything but was not allowed. I work 10-7 and the event was 10-7 . The worst customer service ever. read more

I got my first tattoo hear and it was great and my artist was pretty nice. I can't wait until I come back for more .

Absolutely trash. I am only giving one star because I have too. I went in to get my Monroe piercing screwed in because after seven years it fell out and the ball on the end was too small for me to see myself. I walked in and the woman at the front took my ID and kept it for like 30 minutes. It was unfriendly, unorganized, everyone was rude. The worst part was when she was screwing in my piercing for me she pinched me so hard I said ow.... she didn't stop. Then I offered to hold the back for her and she goes "no I got it." The next day I sit here with a 7 year healed piercing, swollen and infected. DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a fucking joke. read more

2nd visit to Atomic for a piercing for my daughter. They are amazing. VERY COVID COMPLIANT. Everyone in masks. Hand sanitizer at reception. Check employee and client temperatures Gave us a COVID questionnaire. And on top of all that everyone is very friendly and professional. Won't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend them. read more

Absolutely amazing staff who go above and beyond to help their customers. Very professional! Clean studio.

Hands down the most welcoming tattoo shop I've ever had the privilege of going to. Everyone there is great, but my man JAY is who I went with and will continue going to. I don't have a creative bone in my body so I walked in with just a couple simple ideas and Jay took all of those ideas and turned them into one collective masterpiece. Conversation was genuine and fun. When you sit in the chair they make you feel like you've known everyone for years. There is no other shop I'd even consider going to after my visit to atomic. read more

If they think it's too complicated, they make excuses. I asked for roses and they offered me two of the same. I don't want cookie cutter tattoos. What a joke. The (hopefully new) guy at the desk took my deposit and then I was told that's now how they do deposits so no proof. I don't even see why they took a deposit, what's to work on with two of the same rose? And now I see several of the same rose on their website. And the whole time I was in the chair, the worst pain I endured was having to listen to these petty fools talk about other employees in the rudest way. Big heads, small minds. I did have one positive experience-- Gwen pierced my daughter and really put her at ease. (That's why I came in for my tats.) My daughter is smitten, but it's not enough to go out of my way for. Somebody put these boy children in a hospitality class. read more

Horrible service. Not friendly. Over charged. Clean but was not impressed with the multiple piercings done.

Fatt Kyle from Atomic is the bomb diggity. He did a D20 (dungeons and dragons dice) on my shoulder and it came out awesome. It was my first tattoo, but he was real down to earth and explained everything and everything was clean. Overall an awesome experience! read more

I went in there and received a nose piercing from the piercer, Gwen. She did a great job! It was swift and as painless as any piercing can be. I was helped out by a young lady named Danielle. She was nice and friendly and extremely helpful. 10/10 will be back again. read more

Mark Richards does awesome work!

If I could give them no stars I would. I bought a pair of plugs yesterday from a girl at this location. I told her I needed a 00 and she gave me a pair of really cool plugs that she said were a 00. I brought it home to my wife and she couldn't even fit them in her ear snug. They were wayyyy to big for her. I go back to the store let them know what happened and she said they "oh I'm sorry I can't do any returns or exchanges." So I'm fucked. I tried to do something nice for my wife and I trusted this girl. I'm pissed. I just spent 25$ for nothing. They will never get my business again and I will be calling their corporate. The girls name was Danielle. Don't trust her with sizing jewelry!!! read more

Come to see Vic. Excellent technique. Me and my husband have been there a lot of time and keep coming back. He really patient and friendly.

This was my first tattoo so I was nervous and apprehensive. Everyone was really nice to me especially Gio the artist who did my tattoo. I got a Triceratops on my ankle. I showed him a picture and he actually customized it to make it my own. He did a great job and told me how to take care of my new tattoo. I will be coming back to see Gio to get a T-Rex on my other ankle. They have really good artists here just look at some of their work on Facebook. I would highly recommend this place! read more

Mikey is the best! Very professional, yet fun and knows how to lighten up the mood. He has done several piercings, and they all come out great! Definitely an asset to Atomic! Thanks Mikey! read more

Had Gwen pierce my nose and she was very friendly and helpful about things. Only problem was another girl sitting in the front. Completely unfriendly and rude. I had never gotten anything done here and she was all attitude. I had just got back from getting it pierced and all she asked was "do you want the cleaner?" And I asked if it was extra and she looked at me like I was stupid and said "...you have to purchase it separately" I definitely would have but I didn't want to spend another minute speaking to her. Bad for the business. read more

My artist, Jaylin, gave me an amazing tattoo! It's just what I wanted, and it's already healed! The counter guy was not the best.. but the tattoo is perfect! I went to atomic with a vague idea of what I wanted, 2 hours before closing, and Ben came up with a sweet design to match the rest of my sleeve in progress and I couldn't be happier. All of the artists were personable and had a good sense of humor, clean shop, fair prices, phenomenal customer service and all around a good experience. I have been worked on by 5 artists before Ben at atomic, and from now on will be going strictly to him, although I saw some tattoos leaving while I was getting worked on and they looked awesome as well. All of the artists I saw tattooing were focused and detailed, yet carried on a full conversation with their clients which always makes something like getting a tattoo easier, especially if you are nervous. read more

I went for a septum piercing, the guy who did it was named Scott I'm pretty sure. He pierced it completely crooked and told me it was just because it was swollen and that it'd be even once it wasn't swollen. I waited and when it was no longer swollen it was still extremely uneven and looked bad. I can't believe a piercer would send someone home with such a terrible job. I came back into the shop and the guy at the desk even agreed it was messed up. Luckily a different piercer named Mikey was in the shop that day and agreed that the guy messed it up and he was very nice to me and fixed it. Never go there for piercings. The guy who originally pierced me was arrogant rude and shouldn't be piercing people if he can't do it correctly. read more

My boyfriend had gotten his first tattoo done at Atomic several years ago. We decided to go in spur of the moment to get some new ink and we were beyond pleased with the quality, service, and prices. Nick touched up a tattoo I had for about a year and added some color for a very reasonable price. I was so pleased with his work I decided to go back a week later to get my sternum tattooed. My boyfriend was tattooed by Greg and was very happy with the way it came out so he decided to join me a week later for a cover up. Randy did an awesome job working with the dark tattoo he had on his arm to cover it and make it look like the first one was never even there. If you are looking for quality work and a chill environment without spending hundreds of dollars, go see the guys at Atomic! They do take walk-ins and are pretty quick to get you in if they are not slammed with customers. read more

I tried them because of the $25 Creative Loafing Coupon. They were very unprofessional. I called to make an appointment, and the guy said he'd text her. He didn't; he left her a post it note. She was very late. She hadn't drawn the tattoo, though I'd made a special trip to drop off the photo several days in advance. She kept talking when she should've been drawing. They were out of the tattoo care cream, which is just stupid. I'm mostly happy with the tattoo, though it leaked a lot of ink. I just wouldn't go back there. It wasn't worth the hassle. read more

Worst experience ever I went to get my belly button pierced, had everything ready and was laying down I had been nervous and was having a little anxiety I asked the man to wait a minute and let me calm down keep in mind they are no busy at all and no one is waiting and he begins to yell at me and tell me he doesn't care if I'm scared he is doing it now as he continues to yell I get up and leave because I am not giving anyone my money who is treating me like that and as I walk out he follows me out and says "don't be such a Pussy next time and his won't be a problem" if I could give them zero stars I would 100%. I do not recommend going here so disrespectful and no one else working seemed to care. read more
