Set an appointment and went in to see Charlie to get my septum pierced. She helped me with questions before and during. My last interaction with her was her helping me a couple years ago with a nostril piercing I got done right before the pandemic. My nostril had swollen and I wasn't able to fit jewelry in it so I bought a fishtail and she custom fitted it to my nose. Septum was one of my easiest piercings pain wise and she took her time to make sure she placed it perfectly for my nose. read more

Visited this shop just to purchase some jewelry. My previous purchase went very well, so I was hoping for a similar experience. Unfortunately, my recent visit was far from satisfactory. When I came in, I was met with a staff member, Kelly, who instantly informed me of her unfamiliarity with the jewelry and that I'd need to know exactly what I wanted since the piercer wasn't there. While I understood, her approach lacked customer service. I knew my requirements (20 gauge or 18 gauge nose ring) and even pointed it out to her. Despite this clarity, she refused to sell it to me and reiterated her inability to give advice. This, combined with her suggesting I needed my nose measured (an unnecessary step from my previous visit), left me feeling belittled and patronized. If a sale can't be made due to store policy or employee limitations, a simple, direct, and respectful explanation would suffice. There's no need to make customers feel inadequate or ignorant. In short, my interaction was confusing, awkward, and rather unpleasant. Regrettably, I won't be returning. P.S. the guy piercer (John maybe?) who I interacted with during my first experience was awesome!! read more

Called around 5pm to see about piercing prices and availability asked if we needed an appt and they said no that the piercer was available today at 8:30pm came at 8:15pm and told front person we had called ahead and was told to come at 8:30 which we confirmed on the phone.. got there to be told piercer left for Walmart to get food? Which is understandable cause they were hungry but also why leave at the time when it was said over the phone? We got told after 10 minutes that the piercer wasn't going to have time to eat and do my piercing because they had other appts coming after... was offered to come tomorrow but I'm okay the shop looked ghetto and unsanitary, it was sign for me not to get it. So guess it was good news ! Also noticed other reviews having the same story.. you guys need to do better with that especially the piercer :/ read more

Love this place! I got a tattoo here a few years ago, but my last visit was for a nose piercing. The facility is very clean and Charlie was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I went to get my nose and lip pierced and I can honestly say this was the BEST experience I have ever had with a piercer. I had my lip done 3 times before I found Josh. He told me things about after care that I never heard before and I have never recovered from a piercing so easily and fast. 100% recommend josh for any of your piercing needs! I'm not sure what happened. I called at 2 o'clock to ask if there was a piercer available and was told the piercer would be available between 4-11. I walked in at 5pm and was greeted by a tattoo artist (female) not the piercer and was told that there was 1 ahead of me, told me to have a seat and the piercer would take me. As the person in front of me wrapped up - I walked up to the counter and told the piercing artist I was here to get my nose pierced and she said unfortunately I have an appointment at 6 and won't be available til 7. Walked in here to try and get my tragus pierced. I was literally standing for about 3-4 mins I want to say, just waiting for anyone to greet me or ask if I needed help or perhaps why I walked in? Must've been 3 employees in there at that time just sitting with no clients and not one asked me a thing. So I put my 2 feet together, turned around and walked out. I guess business is so amazing they have no need to greet or talk to potential customers. Instead of me saying anything I just left, I can get a piercing at a 100 other places really. read more

I arrived a little earlier than anticipated but didn't mind waiting. I contacted Huy Ner after being told he would be working there Friday, through their Instagram account. I trust atomic because I have been to a few of their locations and they have always been great to work with. From Friday the 13th tattoos, and my septum piercing. He drew up my photo while I waited. There were other people in the shop when I was there, but everyone practiced social distancing. I talked to the manager for a bit as well. She was very friendly. I noticed a mother of one of the patrons complaining to a different artist about some things being late, but with tattoos, it may take longer than others. Plus sanitizing, and prep work, etc. Huy was very gentle for most of the tattoo. I barely felt it some of the time. He said it was because he was using a smaller needle with the line work. Shading was rough when he got near my shin and calf though. But it's to be expected. He let me adjust twice, since my bottom was starting to fall asleep, which was kind too. He was very friendly and professional the whole time. Definitely recommend coming here. read more

After calling to have a piercing changed, I was told no appointments could be made. I go into the shop, have one person ahead of me- no problem at all, I can wait. Then another customer comes in and is immediately helped. When I questioned why, I'm told "she has an appointment" ??? Didn't you tell me I couldn't make one?? So I leave after making an appointment for the following day, the piercers first appointment of the day i was told. Next day I arrive 5 min early to my appointment to be told the piercer is with another client and I need to wait. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked when they think she'd be done and I was rudely scolded to "be patient" like a child by one of the tattooers. I think the same one who insisted I couldn't make an appointment the day earlier. Don't go here. Scheduling is a mess and they'll make you wait until kingdom come for service. read more

My experience here was great! I flew from California to be with friends and we stopped in for a spontaneous tattoo. I asked Hermit about pricing and he was very helpful and straight to the point. He was going to tattoo us but was working on another client and that's when we met Sammy. Sammy is the sweetest and engaged in conversation with my friends and I while we were waiting. She went to prep her station while I filled out my form. Once I was on the table, I felt relaxed with her and she made it easy to talk to her and be distracted. This was my third tattoo so I knew what I was getting into, but she was funny and told me stories and asked me questions about my life vice/versa. She did exceptionally well with keeping my friend calm since she was getting her first tattoo. This is the place to go for great tattoos at a fairly decent price. Request Sammy (if possible) because she's wonderful. If I could give it a 0 I would. The Manager Kelly is probably the rudest person I have ever met. I went in to get a tattoo a few weeks ago and was disappointed with what I saw and heard. She openly speaks of her disdain of her clients and complained about the amount of tips she was or wasn't receiving. ON TOP OF THAT, I witnessed her speak to a few of her employees like they were dogs. I was waiting on an artist to have availability (she could have taken me but judging by her conversations, I assumed how I looked was an issue so she had me wait) and was turned off and left shortly after. I'm not sure who the owner is of this place but she needs training on what it really means to be a manager. I work for a top recruitment company in the area as a manager myself and I would NEVER conduct business this way. Train her or find new management because at the rate she's going, you all will continue losing business or close for good!! read more

When I showed an artist my design she offered to do it but wouldn't tell me the price and didn't know how much it would be herself, but she kept pressuring me to get it. I asked her to draw it on me so i can decide if i want it or not and she said it would be a waste of her time and supplies, she refused to let me see the tattoo on myself if i wasn't sure i was getting it. She was very rude and had terrible attitude for no reason. I don't know about the other artists but definitely do not go during the graveyard shift. Not worth the gas money i used to get there. Hubby & I went to FL during Spring Break for our 13th anniversary as usual he was my rock and supported me, since I've been wanting one since I was a kid & he knew I couldn't find or got any answer from local places in GA ever since the pandemic. Christy is the best piercer! I got my nose pierced and it's been healing so well and looks amazing. Christy is sweet, full of joy, and incredibly patient. She showed me all of my jewelry options and didn't rush me one bit -- even though I was really indecisive. During the piercing process she remains totally calm and she talks to you the entire time so that you're not just sitting there with silent nerves. When you're done you get to take a lollipop from the bowl! I would 100% recommend getting pierced by her. I can't wait to go back for more! Also, the shop is really clean and well maintained.
