My vehicle had several options, so I was asked to bring it by to ensure the proper equipment was ordered. Got there early and was done in 10 minutes. Sometimes I think people create their own drama and their attitudes lead to problems. I had no issues with J&I and would absolutely recommend them to others.

Outstanding Work and Exceptional Service - Highly Recommend Double B Trailers…read more I cannot say enough great things about Double B Trailers, located at 1124 MacArthur Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73128. They did an absolutely outstanding job on my kayak/boat trailer, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations in every way. My trailer is made from extremely hard steel, which made installing trailer lights and marker/clearance lights a very challenging task. The team at Double B Trailers handled it with true expertise--cutting multiple precision plasma holes for wire clamps and using top-tier materials, not cheap shortcuts. The workmanship is far better than anything I could have done myself, and the results speak for themselves. Double B Trailers is a family-owned business that has been operating for decades, and it shows in both their craftsmanship and customer service. Stacy and her father are honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to do the job right and offered a fair, honest price--you truly get the best deal, period. My trailer lights look absolutely amazing and are clearly built to last. If you need any kind of trailer work, don't waste your time looking elsewhere. I'm extremely grateful for their hard work and professionalism. Thank you so much, Double B Trailers--I highly recommend you!

Roman because it was owned by the same people and still they didn't fix it. I called Rick Jones and they said they would be happy to look at it and arranged for a loaner car for me to drive. They called to keep me up to date on the repairs and they were finished when they said they would be done. They did a great job and I have taken it there for service and oil changes since. I won'go anywhere else. I am back for more service on a different issue- they are so helpful. Looked up my extended warranty info to help get my issue covered even though I did not buy it from them. It is a SCAM! 7 trips (not an exaggeration) to the service department and they somehow still can't figure out how to repair the AC correctly. Convenient though that they charge a $100+ fee every time I come in to get it looked at even with having a warranty. 3 months into the process and AC is still not working correctly. They must know the warranty is about to expire. Why drive to El Reno to this awful company when there are lots of better options in the city? They don't care about their customers.

Had one of the owners working on it which was cool. Had to add some sound proofing around the door speakers and change a few settings but they have it playing and sounding awesome. Said I had a slight tear in one of the door speakers but was good. Suggested new ones in the next year or two unless I notice sound issues. Neil is the sales guy and was awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional but also down to earth. The price point was good. A little more than originally quoted but we add the soundproofing which took a little more time plus the materials. Was not an issue. Great place for mobile audio equipment. Locally owned and operated. Highly recommend. Had them install a stereo system some years ago and decided to have them give it a once over. Check the connections etc. so I drove over and was met at the counter by Neil. We talked a bit then we went out and he listened to things. Said it sounded pretty good. We scheduled an appt for the morning (Friday) for them to check it out. Great place to do business and they are local. Will have more after my appt.

We loved the service so much that when we decided to install car stereo it was a no-brainer! We told them what we wanted, and they made it happen... It was a complicated install of a high tech stereo with string wheel control integration and Apple Car Play as well as a rear camera. There were a few glitches at first, to be expected. We made a note of them over the first week we had the new system and brought it back. They quickly fixed the issues and even have me a ride back home while they worked. Absolutely first rate knowledge and capability; and the price was comparable to big box stores. I have seen some reviews that just don't make sense (bad reviews) given my experiences with them... If they ever had problems in the past, they have certainly improved!

Absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT bring your car here for window tint…read more I have already had to bring my car back TWICE, and now I'm about to make a THIRD return visit because they still cannot get the job right. I paid very, VERY good money to have my brand-new car tinted with the highest-quality tint they offer. Instead, I ended up with such horrible glare and streaking underneath the tint at night that I genuinely do not feel safe driving my new car. Visibility at night is terrible. And instead of taking responsibility for the installation, they have tried blaming everything else. I was told it could be hard water from sprinklers or rain. Are you kidding me? Apparently rain is enough to ruin professionally installed, premium window tint now? I tried to be patient. I tried to be understanding. I gave them the opportunity to make it right. When they attempted to "fix" the problem, they replaced the tint on only one side of my car. Not only does the replacement STILL have streaks underneath the tint, but now there is also a massive scratch in the tint that is clearly visible from the outside of the car. So after paying premium money for their highest-quality tint, I've been left with a brand-new car that has poor nighttime visibility, streaks underneath the tint, AND a huge visible scratch -- after multiple attempts to get the job corrected. This is completely unacceptable. At this point, I have absolutely no confidence in the quality of their work, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to have their vehicle tinted. And if you think paying top dollar for a terrible installation means they'll simply refund you when they can't get it right? Good luck with that. Three trips to a tint shop for a brand-new car should NEVER be necessary. I paid for a professional job. What I got was a headache, wasted time, and tint that looks worse after they tried to "fix" it. Absolutely ridiculous. Crappy service. Wish I never even considered this place to begin with. If I could leave less than a one star review I would!
