They needed to remeasure a few days after I dropped off the dress because they felt their initial measurements were a little off. I'm glad they did because they made a few adjustments. The end result was perfect! You don't need an appointment, which is nice. I only waited about 5 minutes after walking in for my initial visit. The staff are friendly, attentive, and very professional. The space is clean and organized. The parking lot is pretty busy, so don't expect to get a spot right by the door.
