The prices are the most expensive in the area so I was not happy about paying that so I don't use them so much now. The drivers were not unfriendly or anything but just didn't feel as comfortable with them as other taxi firms, something creepy about them I think. Also when you call to book the people who answered the phone were snappy and rude and could not wait to get you off the phone. It makes the whole company look unprofessional.

Recently though the woman taking bookings has been so abusive over the phone, first telling me a driver was stuck in traffic and then five minutes later that he had been outside my house for '7 minutes' when we were actually outside talking to her on a mobile and he was certainly not there at all. My son was late for a job interview despite them reassuring me that morning a driver would be there on time. When he did turn up he was revolting and his attitude and that of the woman on the phone has cost them my future custom, There are other taxi firms in the area, I would consider using any of them before Neasham's. The woman taking bookings needs to remember it's customers that pay her wages and learn to be a little more civil.

They are the cheapest taxi firm in the area too. The people on the phone are always friendly and helpful on prices and that. Because they are the most reliable and cheapest they get booked up much quicker than the others so you need to book in advance if you know your going somewhere. 9 times out of 10 the drivers will get up and help you if you have bags and put them in the boot or the back of the car. Once in bad weather one even got out and posted some letters for me. bless.
