With 10 years and recent rains our hill moved a quarter inch or so making one gate inoperable. Called Brendan. He called me several hours later on the first appointment apologizing because he overbooked, but for the other two appointments, he never called to cancel nor did he show. The business asked to make a site visit without some belief that whatever numbers provided, would be the one most considered to provide service, or best value, never was there any concern for others bids of the business. The provider responded timely, work was done efficiently, in a picturesque, brochure-type manner. I requested the works on my install, and it is worth every copper penny, while they still exist. I'm recommending this company to my friends! Do you buy your lady cheap s%$t. He's not pricy, but pay for the service with your cheap a$$! JKidding!

We hired Delgado Fence again, this time to replace an entry gate that was always needing repairing…read more The replacement gate we wanted needed to be ordered from a company in another state. Jesús came to take precise measurements and spoke with a representative from that company to ensure that every detail was in order. As I have come to expect from Delgado Fence, the estimate provided was itemized and very reasonable. It offered the option of doing some minor restorative cement work for a nicer end result, which we gladly went with. Once we had a delivery date, Jesús scheduled the installation. He explained the installation process and timeframe, which would need to accommodate drying time for the cement work. Everything went exactly as Jesús said it would. We are thrilled with the results. The gate is beautiful and works perfectly. No more lugging a heavy wooden gate that dragged on the ground! I believe this is the third job Delgado Fence has done for us, so I feel qualified to say that they are reliably outstanding in their knowledge, service, and results. I especially appreciate the earnestness with which Jesús will explain different options so that the customer can decide what they want to do. Jesús does not try to upsell you on the one hand, or on the other, presume you want the cheapest, fastest (and possibly temporary) fix. He explains your options objectively to provide clear information. He arms you with the understanding to get exactly what is right for you. I love that, and it is surprisingly rare to find these days! What a world it would be if everyone had that ethic of integrity in their dealings.

He came 10mins before 9 which I appreciated cause that also shows me he is very punctual. He is very knowledgeable on how HOA's would want a more budget friendly estimate so he had some ideas on how to keep the cost low to update our HOA pool gates along with possibly adding some fencing on top of our existing walls. He measured out the perimeter of pool walls and let me know that some walls are shorter. I asked him if he was able to do keyless entry and he said yes and help me understand how it would be done. Will be expecting at least 2 estimates with 2 different options by the end of this week or at least before my next board meeting in early May. Looking forward to the estimates. Review from April 21,2026: Kevin and I exchanged emails, made an appointment for April 21, 2026 at 10am for a free estimate to update our HOA's pool gates and possibly adding gates on our pool walls to be up to code. But he was a no show. I waited for 44 mins. He had not contacted me to let me know ahead of time if he would not be able to make it or not. So thats unfortunate
