Took my niece and nephews out for a movie in a room full of kids, of course all small kids use the restroom a lot and get antsy when tired. 2O minutes toward the end of the movie This worker comes and starts screaming his head off in front of 5 years old about keeping them quiet and not walking to the restroom so much. Words where spoken with the employee and we left the kids cried their eyes out over being scared. I will never see a movie at this place again read more

They treated me like I was stupid. I wasn't aware an adult had to be with me, and they yelled and screamed at me and I had no idea. Terrible treatment here, I don't reccomend and will NEVER come back. Their manager also wears Mickey ears and a Mickey shirt, and yelled at me, I will be taking these actions seriously. Love this place. 6$ movie night is great. Add a big popcorn and a big pop 27$ date night.

Favorite local theater. Only downfall is the lack of staff. The kids that do work there work there are doing a great job

Went to a matinee and saw "Wreck it Ralph". The sound, projection, screen were all A+. The theater is dirty, popcorn needs to be swept up. The urinals are almost always filthy, the floors in the restroom need a permanent attendant. There seems to be a urinal out of order at any given time. The carpets are in dire need of cleaning... Met the manager to discuss renting a theater for a birthday party; he seemed nice enough but it was like it was his first time wearing a shirt and tie. It was cheap and the seat convert into couches so we'll go back. read more

Great place to catch a movie been going here since a kid prices are expensive but catch a matenee and the prices are ok.

Got a large popcorn yesterday at the Atlas Movie Theater at the Mentor Mall. Popcorn was stale and had a large hair in it. DO NOT BUY POPCORN at these theaters. That's pretty bad they can't make simple popcorn. It took the clerk at the snack bar 10 minutes to wait on us to get our tickets. She was busy talking with her old school teacher. Terrible service and no supervisor around as usual. Can't do the basics, close it down. read more

Went to the Diamond center movie theater, going into find our seats and it did not even look like it was ever cleaned. Pop corn all over every seat and in cup holders and on floor. The. Went to go get pop corn and there were about 7 people standing in line to get food and then someone finally asks another worker if they were open and she said "yes I just like to wait to see if people will ask me. Rude cashier. Strong mildew smell in the theater. Old seats. Hopefully they can play the movie without any problems.

I'm Not happy at all. Got rained on the whole time. Talked with the manger about it and he brushed me off and said oh those seats were blocked off. They were not blocked off a knocked over wet floor sign and a trash back on the back of the seat is this places idea of blocked off. I couldn't just change seats the theater was full. I think this could have been prevened if someone would have cared enough to even make a note on the seat! A simple out of order sign on the seats would have worked better then black trash bags (in a dark theater) and a sign that was on the floor. What if good forbid there was an emergency, the sign would have just been a tripping Hazzard. I have pictures of the sign knocked over and the bags on the seats. I will be contacting cooperate about this matter, and shareing my experience on all social media sites. read more

This theater went downhill... the theater I was in smelled like serious mold. After 30 mins I couldn't handled it and left.

Nothing to write home about. The theater was cleaned - and as with any movie theater overpriced food. Nothing bad, but nothing spectacular! Pretty much an average experience. read more

Took my daughter and her two friends to see the airplane movie. The theatre doesn't draw a large crowd during the week which was nice. The kids loved having to pick a seat wherever they wanted. The one thing was is there was a chair that had caution tape on it and was missing a seat cushion. I don't know how long it has been like this but I see this as a potential hazard with small kids here. They should play kids movie in this theatre. Otherwise the staff was friendly and The kids had a great time ! read more

Wonderful local movie theater. Can't beat the $5 Mondays. All digital presentation, clean theaters, friendly staff, and excellent location right off of Route 2. Will be back regularly. read more

My family and I are here visiting while my husband works with a local client. We have been staying within walking distance of the movie theater so we decided to catch a movie yesterday. The staff was very helpful and polite! They were friendly and hardworking. I was impressed! The movie we saw was in 3D and there were only 2 other people in the theater with us. One of them sat near us and he was incredibly pleasant and friendly. That really has nothing to do with the theater but it matters to some people.. like me:) It wasn't overcrowded which I appreciate because I have a child with anxiety. We had a great time! I will say sadly, the theater wasn't very clean. At one point I stuck my purse in a tray of nachos that was left behind by someone else. Also there was noticeable garage on the floor and in the cup holders. The bathrooms were clean but needed mopped. Overall our experience was positive and we are going to go back again maybe even today. I would recommend this theater! read more

Always see movies at Atlas Cinema in Diamond Centre, Mentor Ohio. Polite staff - extra butter is extra butter and they let you salt your popcorn in the middle of filling the tub. Free refills on large items, bathrooms always clean. read more
