We went to this event in memory of her and we were overwhelmed with the quantity of pecans we were able to pick in a short time. We picked over 10 pounds in a 10 by 10 ft.² area. We eventually had to stop because we were becoming obsessed with picking so many pecans. My mom used to love their oatmeal raisin pecan cookies and I got some. They had given us the recipe at some point, which I lost. And I'm sorry about that. It's a family business, and I love being able to visit and support this local business. I love my El Paso!
