My wife arrived early, did the paperwork, and got two codes. One for regular gate access, and one for after-hours access. I had also made arrangements to have 24 hour access for the rest of the week since we we're planning to fish into the night and would not be returning before the regular 9pm access. When I arrived the first night at 11:15, neither of my codes worked. I settled down to spend the first night of my vacation sleeping in my truck, as the resort area does not allow boat/trailers inside. After struggling to get comfortable in the truck, I decided to try calling corporate customer service and after holding for a long time, got a hold of a guy who after hearing the story, made an attempt to override the gate locks and let me in. I parked my boat and left for my rental home, exhausted by the hassle and delay . I came to pick up our boat for an offshore fishing trip that was scheduled to last into the night. I stopped by the office to get a new code for the late access. I spoke with Travis who apparently knew about the overnight gate fiasco from the message we left on the answering machine when we were trying to get in. He looked at the two cards and said that neither of the two codes was an after hours code. The one that we were originally given was actually an auction access code. He called his boss, Sharon to get the new after-hours code approved and she said no. Now these people, who took my money, made a deal that inspired me to tow my boat six hours, burn extra fuel, and spend part of my vacation trying to sleep in my truck, are going back on their promises and preventing me from the night fishing trip my family has been promised. Despite what they politely commit to when they are taking your money, they will not honor those promises. Don't let them take your vacation time and hard-earned money!

When I called all they said is "we sent you an email telling you about the price increase" no reason, no reduction, no nothing other than to bad. I guess its the nature of the business. Inevitably the stuff I had was better at Goodwill then costing me almost $5000 a year to store. I don't like doing bad reviews but they sent me a link after I moved out asking my opinion here on yelp.... My gf arrived to help me load the few items, I was transporting onto my trailer. She mentioned jokingly something about the facility closing at 10 pm and hoped they'd let us out the gate. Ladies and gents, we were locked in the facility for over an hour. The woman who owns it/lives above the office, refused to help is as this stores policy is not to interact with customers after business hours. We had to call 911 who sent a Jasper deputy or PD to let us out. The kicker is that the manager who lives upstairs was on the phone with the officer to let us out and gave him the code to do it instead of coming down stairs and doing it her lazy self!! The officer informed is that this was the first time he had come out but had heard it has happened before more than once. The legal out they give themselves is that the pedestrian gate was open... meaning we were free to escape if we left our things and vehicles there. Worst of all the manager wrote my gf (the property owner) a scathing email the next day threatening her with trespassing and distributing the peace. She also threatened to evict her if there was another "incident" mind you I was talking loudly about how horrible a business it to hold their patrons hostage against their will, all the while she was peering out the window above us... very "it puts the lotion on its skin..." If we had the money, time or energy to change storage locations...we % would! But again... we feel trapped

Closed Friday and finished moving in today to our new home. These people are amazing and took care of us like we were family. Let us borrow a landscaping trailer to move our stuff. Were totally cool with rates during these crazy times. I highly recommend using them for storage. I highly recommend them for moving. Why? Cause they are professionals... period. Due to a…read moremiscommunication (or frankly lack of communication), I had no idea what time the truck was arriving on move in day. I had to dash away for an emergency, but was coming right back. I had instructed the movers about where most large items would go. While I was gone (30 minutes truly) the driver begins harassing me via text, call, etc that he needs to leave ... he is SO rude that I don't feel comfortable speaking with him so I call the main number and no one answers (beyond unprofessional... it was a Monday!). They left without me personally signing off on the move, every single piece of furniture other than the beds is one the wrong room, and the most epic part is the company refuses to respond to any emails and when I finally got the owner on the phone she couldn't have been ruder and actually cursed at me. This company is a joke and they lost two items as well.
