This review is a little late in coming, but better late than never. We contacted Atlantic Roofing to re-roof our cabin in the Leavenworth area in Sept. 2013 and they re-roofed our cabin in last days of Oct.-first days of Nov. 2013. They were really booked but worked hard to squeeze us in before the snows fell that winter. We primarily dealt with Ariel. It was a pleasure dealing with him and his crew. Much of our communication was over the phone (primarily) and by e-mail (to finalize costs, times, etc.). It was surprisingly clear and painless. They said they would start the job 5 weeks from the time of their bid if approved, and that it would take about a week. We asked them to take care of a few extra (and unpleasant) details (like several entrenched wasps nests under our roof, and other insects). We also asked them (after the fact) to install snow guards to manage the snow load better and prevent damage in several key spots of our roof (vents, chimney, etc). They did it all within the time frame stipulated and only charged us for the additional materials. They went above and beyond what they had promised. It's been 5 years and is now time to repair a couple of areas that get damaged every winter, but we could not be happier with how well our roof has done all this time. That's why I looked them up, and it was surprising to find such a bad review from someone who hasn't even worked with them. They are a joy to work with. Highly recommend. read more
