Adan responded the same day and had us scheduled for the very next week, which was incredibly impressive. He and his team showed up early each day, worked long 12-14 hour shifts, and made sure to clean up thoroughly before leaving the job site. They completed the entire job--stripping the old roof and installing the new one--in just three days. Beyond their efficiency, Adan and his crew were kind, respectful, and very considerate of everyone around them. I highly recommend 89 Roofing for any roofing needs and will absolutely be calling them again in the future.

When it came time to look for a new roof & skylights for our home I shopped around. I called…read moreseveral roofing companies listed in our area. Ocean roofing was the ONLY one to physically come to my home and give me a proper quote. The prices were fair and they did nothing but show respect for my home and family, they worked fast and didn't leave a mess behind. These are all well seasoned roofers who have been in the business for decades, retired once and then came back to work with Ocean roofing. When it is time to replace the roof on my garage I will be calling them and hoping that they haven't retired (again). Again, The crew was great and the work they did was fantastic. I actually miss having them around cracking jokes. I recommend this company because again they understand customer service and will actually come out, shake your hand, show you samples and give you a physical in person quote not just email you a pdf with an Internet estimate and then put you on a message list like the other companies did.

We had a beautiful new roof installed on our rental house by Black Diamond just last week. We ran…read moreinto Lorenzo at the home show, and he had Derek stop by to take a look at our wind-damaged older roof. Within a day or two, we decided to go with Black Diamond because they seemed very professional, had lots of good info about insurance claims, and after looking at their showroom and talking cost, we felt they would be a good fit for us. Definitely a great decision on our part! We didn't know anything about insurance claims, but Lorenzo and Tony helped us out, and put up with our millions of questions and surprise visits to their office. It was really easy to work between them and our insurance company. They went above and beyond as far as customer service, because we asked them to work around our renter's schedule, which they were happy to do, and they helped me out by bringing over some trim board I needed to paint before the install. They definitely didn't have to do that, but did it anyway, which we really appreciated! Lots of positive things to say about Black Diamond and the crew, but mainly we have a lovely new roof, which included a tear-off, new sheeting, ice guard, new composition and drip edge, all installed to code and made to last. The clean up crew did great, too, and even came back to do an extra lap around the house to make sure my renter didn't have any stray nails in his driveway. Oh, and they document EVERYTHING - lots of before and after pics, and Daniel even came out and took drone footage of the finished roof. Thanks, Black Diamond! I'll see you again if I can talk my husband into letting me get my new walkways:)

Not only that, when I fired them, Lorenzo threatened to put a lien on my house.
