Just wanted to mention that the wart came back. :( He didn't get ALL of it. I think I'll seek someone else next time.

I had a great experience with the folks at this location. I sprained my ankle on a Friday and was…read moreable to get an appointment through virtual booking that next Monday. The office is in an older, unassuming building but well kept. The front desk staff were really friendly, courteous, and prompt. My appointment started on time, and since I had completed paperwork online before the visit, there was no unnecessary delay. The assistants who checked on vitals and do a pre-doctor screening were all helpful, efficient, and kept me updated on the status of the doctor's timing to the room. There was minimal wait between who saw me. Dr. Gormley was gregarious, punctual, and thorough, making reasonable recommendations, although he dresses very sloppily---oversized pants, unkempt facial hair, one panel of a buttoned-down shirt hanging off the belt. Checkout was seamless. It's great that they have not just your well being but also the value of your time in mind. Highly recommended!

I was greeted immediately and then taken right back for needed x-rays. The courteous service continued with the x-ray technician as she explained everything she was doing. Once in the exam room she continued to provide excellent care asking questions and listening with intention. Then Dr. Gromley (sp) entered and provided thorough details upon review of my x-rays. He gave me multiple options for treatment and future care of my injury. I felt completely heard and encouraged in the care and input he Provided. Finally, the lady that handles the insurance portion came in to explain my benefits. She was kind and lovely. I would recommend this practice without hesitation. Thank you to the entire staff for a great visit today!

Dr Barber has been helping me live much better with my feet, since the alternative (living without…read moremy feet) is not a desirable option. His expertise and his services using that expertise are excellent, and have helped me through the years. His prescribed orthotics have also been excellent. He has helped me with toe nails, calluses, a bunion, blisters etc. At times I needed an even higher level of care. One time was for a neuroma (involves difficulty with nerve tissue), which Dr. Barber accurately and immediately diagnosed and treated (with an injection to relieve the pain right away, and orthotic padding that prevented further pain). Another time was for an ingrown nail that required surgery. Dr. Barber has a very pleasant manner, and educates you on what he's doing, and how to best take care of your feet. I highly recommend Dr Barber if you want the best possible care for your feet so that you can also live better with your feet.

If I had written this review before my last visit with Dr. Smith, I would have given him 4 or 5…read morestars. Now, it is 1 star. During preparation to see Dr. Smith, his assistant offered an additional treatment for my toenail problem without mentioning that BCBS does not cover it. At checkout I was surprised to learn that there would be a $60 out-of-pocket charge for the additional treatment; for diabetes which I do not have and BCBS does not cover. Since Dr. Smith performed the diabetes treatment, I assume that he concurred with the offer made by the assistant. The whole situation is akin to exculpatory evidence being withheld in a court case. Under the circumstances Dr. Smith should see that I receive a refund of the $60, which I paid using my Visa Credit Card. Whether or not I receive the credit, an adversarial relationship now exists between Dr. Smith and me. Consequently, I will no longer use his services. In about one month, I will report on whether I receive the $60 credit.

I have to say straight away I did not see the doctor so I can not comment or rate his abilities…read more I can however rate the ability of his office and those who make appointments and speak with patients. Days ago I called and made an appointment for 4:15. The day before the appointment I get a text confirmation for 4:45. So I call to confirm it is actually 4:15. They say oh no sorry it's 4:45. Ok fine. About 6 hours later I get an automated phone call that states they are confirming my appointment for 3pm. Very strange so I email them to confirm that that is a mistake. They call back and someone leaves a message saying no you have to be here at 2:40! What?! So I call and speak to a woman who proceeds to talk over top of me telling me why my appointment is 2:30 and not 3 because I'm a new patient. As if she never heard me say a word about my 4:15 and 4:45 appointments! It was very very strange. I just cancelled the appointment because at that point I had zero faith in how any of it was going to play outm. Good luck everyone. Hope your experience is less of a maddening inconvenience.

I don't recommend going to this doctor. Shop around for another one. Otherwise you could be paying…read morea lot of money for services you may not need, and co-pays for the same visit. I went here because he was recommended. Not too long after I got orthotics for my flat feet, I realized that he bills the insurance for everything even when no medical service is being performed - testing out orthotics. Makes no sense because I had to go back because they didn't fit properly. The orthotics was hurting my feet and instead of testing them out to ensure accuracy or replacing them he said I had a pinched nerve and wanted to give me a cortisone shot in both of my feet. I told him it only hurt when I wore them, but he gave me an unbelievable story of my feet hurting because I wasn't wearing them long enough. BL, the doctor is not good and they get you in quick, but he is quick to diagnose and doesn't listen. I would shop around for another doctor who cares a little more their patient than their bottom line.
