They also reliably followed-up with the result of tests done. The registration by phone was also simple enough. The one part that was fine but maybe not 100% was the initial reception. For one, not long before we got there, I called ahead and was told the wait time was at least 40 minutes. I get there 20 minutes later and the waiting room is completely empty, which is a good thing but I don't know why they made it seem like they were busy. I parked right in front at a designated spot and text the number on the sign. I completed the registration by phone. But when I went inside I got a cold reception. I said we were there for my daughter's appointment and then got softly reprimanded for having checked into the wrong Atracare location. Except I followed the instructions right on the sign at the designated parking space, so if that went to another location that's Atracare's doing. It's never ideal when you're walking in with a sick kiddo and getting a cold, scoldy reception. Fortunately things picked up from there. I'm not local to any Atracare but I would go back if I needed medical care in the area. I was really happy with the medical staff, the electronic registration procedures, the wait time, and the cleanliness of the clinical area.

From my own perspective, I have found that if I repeat the exercises that they prescribe when we are in a session, I get much more effective results long-term. All of the therapist are well trained, and interested in making the most impact for each and every patient who visit the site. I have worked with at least four of the therapist and each one is pleasant, caring, and quite knowledgeable on how to help each patient get the maximum value out of each session. They were very cautious but new exactly what exercise for me to do and how hard to push. Molly, T, Kelvin, Matt and Mac were exceptional. The ATI team in OC, Kelvin, Molly, T and Mac are consummate professionals. I mention team because they all work cohesively and are so good at what they do. While you are assigned your own physical therapist the other PT's are aware of your situation and can assist in your progress, as well. They don't skip a beat. They make the hard work fun and rewarding. I am so grateful to have had them for my post op care. I am happy to say that with their expertise and my hard work, the new knee is working so well and has gone beyond my expectations.
