My son just finished kindergarten here, I could give many complaints of this school but this one is the icing on the cake. As we all know kindergarten is not a requirement by state law law so with this being said my son missed quite a bit of school.due to my mothers death who lived out of state and him being sick requiring multiple tests and extensive workup he was excused for all of it, academically he scored above average on state testing and recent first grade placement testing, I get the phone call stating that he will not receive a diploma and he will not be promoted to first grade but can walk so assuming it will just be left blank instead they hand my little son a dilpoma with void written all big in it, so unnecessary as we all know the diploma means nothing it certaintly is not your ticket to first grade its a disgrace how they can hand this to a child and when his teacher was questioned she said administration did it. This is just one of the many issues, my son also turned in a project that his teacher gave him an F on as to neing sick my daughter assisted him with the project and for that reason she gave him an F i mean this is kindergarten. No compassion whatsoever for what my son has been through and this is a Christian School. read more

The school is ok and can be compared to a mediocre public school. The only difference is that there is a tuition and they ask for a lot of monetary donations. However, when situations arise, the answer is always "no". Definitely not the treatment expected from a private let alone so called Christian school. Most of the employees seem annoyed and are not very friendly unless you are in their "click". I was looked in the eye and lied to by an administrator and teacher although I had plenty of proof of all the discrepancies from the teacher; grade-book made no sense and didn't even add properly to percentages, poor communication, teacher lied about assignments, not responding to emails..to name a few. I would not recommend this school especially if paying full tuition. My child is only there right now because his tuition was paid in full and I know I wouldn't get a refund. read more

best school my daughter has been to! such a loving and caring school. My daughter loves it here!!

Absolutely disgusted by the early education program. My daughter left Pk-3 being one of the oldest in the class and could not identify all her letters and numbers, not even half. The early education director assured me Pk-4 was more structured so we hung around. My daughter attended their summer program in the meantime. While on an outing to the lake the teacher decided that my daughter did not need sunblock reapplied and her back got severally burnt. Then the rationale I got was they have to many kids to reapply sunblock often. I pulled her immediately. We will not see if Pk-4 is more structured because my children will never attend this school again. Do not waste your money at this place. Very unorganized, lacks care for your children, and definitely not strong academically. read more

School is unorganized and has alot of clicks. It isn't a good place for minority students. The upper school principal isn't a fan of minorities or mixed couples. She treats the minority students less than. School doesn't have an overall family and spirit I had expected and they advertised. I wouldn't have let my kid go here if I had a do over. My kids love the school and their teachers. The school provided an excellent curriculum and a welcome and safe environment.

My younger child has been attending ACS since she was about a year old -- she is now in Pre-K 4. Our experience has been a positive one. I never felt at any time that she was not receiving the best care and the best education for her age. This school keeps Jesus at the center of all they do; their teachers are loving and patient. My older child also attends ACS as do several of my younger family members (who also came through their pre-k program). At one point my teen switched over to public school for a year and transitioned academically without any hiccups into 9th grade - even taking some honors classes in public school- ACS provided to her exactly what she needed through her years there (she is now back at ACS). This school is such a blessing to our community! read more
