Keeping in mind my hair doesn't even come past the nape of my neck, after doing a piss poor job, both blow drying, and flat ironing my hair. The older lady with the glasses mentioned and previous bad reviews for this salon strikes again. She tried to tell me that because my hair was damaged. She would need an additional $40 just to trim my ends lol. I could go to great clips or any other salon and pay no more than $25 for just a haircut alone she's gonna tell me 40 after she already gave me the price with the cut included so the cut was almost as much as the other services now? Needless to say, I told her after she finish my hair then I will go elsewhere and get it done which I did and only paid $20 for my cut. They don't deserve business and they don't deserve any stars !! This is not how you do business or keep people especially for a first experience.

Appearances Salon is located in the Publix plaza off Rockbridge Road and Lawrenceville Highway across the street from the gorgeous BAPS Hindu temple. If facing Publix, it is on the left hand side. There are more retailers farther back on the left side too but towards the back more. I was greeted right away when walking in and was worked on quickly. It didn't take long for the whole process.
