I wouldn't recommend coming here for anything other than braids. They claim to offer other…read moreservices, but based on my experience, they are not good at them. I went in for a loc retwist, which they said they could do with no problem. It took 3 hours, and when they were finished, there was essentially no retwist. The roots were still the same, and there were no parts in my hair. After I explained that the service wasn't done correctly, they had someone else redo it. That took another hour, bringing the total to 4 hours for a wash, retwist, and style. And after all of that, they still tried to charge me an extra $10 at the end. Overall, very disappointing experience. If you're looking for a loc retwist, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
