I went from around $100 in summer of 2018 to the new notice today (February 2025) from 348 to $448!!! Every year $50 tp $100 increases! This is for a 10x10 climate control. Absolute scammers and ripoff artists in that once your stuff is there--they have you! They have done this every year and you look online and they are $150ish to $210ish-- but once you are in there, you're f'd!!! Stay away from them unless it's for under a year and you get a rate lock or stipulations that limit yearly rate % increases. I'm all for making money but this is a horrible way to treat customers. Hope they reap what they sow in their lives. No love for SROA! It should be SORE bc that's what you'll be when dealing with them. Bring holy water and see if they burn.
