Recently they helped us remove some calcification deposits that built up on the pool and jacuzzi tile which we thought back then we may have to call a separate tile cleaning service to treat the problem. However, Andrew and his crew really went out of our way to get it all cleared up before our house party and we would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and dedicated pool service.

During routine pool service at my home, their employee opened my main water valve - that was closed for a good reason - without my permission while I had stepped away to Home Depot to buy a shower cartridge. When I returned, water was pouring into my garage. My home flooded from the top level down. One week before Christmas, EVERY room was water damaged and had to be demolished. When it happened, the employee called the owner on speakerphone and said he had made a "huge mistake," explaining what he had done. The owner responded, "Do not tell this to the lady," not realizing he was on speakerphone. That alone says it all. Instead of coming to assess the damage, he claimed that he was out of town and that he could not recall the name of his insurance carrier. From that moment on, they never showed up, neither the owner BOB, neither his son ADAM. I was left alone dealing with the consequences. What followed were more than 4 months of construction, two years of stress, a $5,000 deductible loss, and additional out-of-pocket expenses. Because I had to file through my own insurance, my homeowners policy was not renewed. In California, if you have a single water claim -- regardless of fault -- it is extremely difficult to obtain new coverage. To this day, I have been unable to secure a house insurance, and my mortgage has increased by $600 per month due to this lack of coverage. This experience has had serious financial and personal consequences for me. I have been fooled by their fake smiles and I regret it every day. Now you know and it is up to you to decide who you want to give your business to.

Gustavo was quick to reply and we set up a site visit. He arrived on time (big plus) walked the job and we agreed on the price and intervals for service. He cleaned the pool that day and has not once missed an appointment. He is always prompt and has gone the extra mile, worked in the rain to clean my pool, took extra time to remove debris after the winds, basically gives my pool gold star service. I appreciate those who keep their word and do what is asked. Gustavo always goes above and beyond expectation and is very nice too. So nice all three of my dogs love him (they do not like many people so take that for a sign). I am afraid if I say all this he will get to busy to do my pool BUT he and L&L Aqua deserve to be recognized. Laubscher Pool & Spa has been awesome to work with. Jeff is super reliable, always shows up when…read morescheduled, and my pool has honestly never looked better. The water's crystal clear, and he actually takes the time to clean the filters properly instead of just doing a quick surface job. One thing that really stood out: every other pool company we've used in the past would clean the filter out on our lawn and leave behind a big puddle of gross white residue. It looked bad and couldn't have been great for the yard or the environment. Jeff uses his own specialized system that takes care of all that, no mess left behind, no residue, and a much cleaner process overall. Such a huge difference. You can tell he really knows his stuff. Communication is easy, pricing is low, and I never feel upsold on things I don't need.
