As I have grown a loyal customer base, I decided to "roll the dice" and purchase a brand new truck and brand new truck mounted carpet cleaning unit, which was purchased using a $75,000 loan. The company that originally installed my new unit into the new truck simply could not get the job done. They took 3 times as long as it typically takes to "install" the unit, I say "install" because they barely did that...The issues I had with a brand new unit and vehicle were insane, I was funneling more and more money into something that shouldn't need anything except oil changes. I was in a very bad situation. I looked online to find some sort of remedy to my situation, anything. For the first time in 5 months, since I first took the vehicle from the original installer, I have a truck and unit that works and is making me money.
