This is the second time in the last ten or so years that I have selected the Texas Station Clinic for treatment of my back. I was pleased with my program results the first time, therefore, when I aggravated my back the second time...it was a no brainer. I was able to obtain a perfect schedule for twice a week, same days, and same time for seven weeks. During that time, I also was given a prescribed exercise routine for home that was designed by Brian for my pain management. Now that I have "graduated" I am following a slightly more challenging home program that Brian developed to maintain my pain management and overall wellbeing. The location is HC accessible with plenty HC parking spaces. It's easy to find and adjacent to Sams Club and Lowes if you are feeling well enough to add some shopping into your routine. Highly recommend.

Each visit to TSM was a pleasure. Every member of the TSM team that I worked with was kind and fun to work with. The PT activities were challenging, but they were extremely beneficial. I especially want to mention my Physical Therapist - Caroline. From the first day I met her, I knew I had 'a keeper'. Her medical knowledge was top notch. I had full confidence in her. But just as importantly, we developed a doctor / patient friendship that made me both comfortable and confident. Her personality and style allowed me to heal both mentally and physically. I am forever grateful to Caroline for her hard work and dedication. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a trusted partner in your recovery!

She asked from what office and I told her. She said that the office I provided wasn't compatible with their system and I have to fax the referral to them. I said I was just at the Plumtree location why couldn't I have left a copy. She said it didn't work that way. So how am I supposed to fax it over when I don't have a fax machine. Something has to give with our medical system and people need to do their jobs. The system is failing. It's ridiculous to have to go through all these hoops to schedule an appointment. I began seeing Dr Abed several years ago at the request from a different doctor. I saw him and immediately he pinpointed the pain spots and he said this is what you have & these are the treatment options. He brought it up on his computer to show me how damaged my spine actually was and why I was and in so much pain. He offered me injections in my back to alleviate the pain. I got the injection for a few years and then it stopped working and I required surgery. He booked a Rhizotomy and burned my nerves. Very successful. He believes the same as me too treat with the least invasive approach first then if needed go to the Rhizotomy or facet joint injection or sciatica injection. The office staff is good. The office is always clean. I highly recommend Dr Abed to help you with your pain management especially back pain. He has been very helpful, informative, gentle, supportive, respectful and professional. He got me through a difficult time when my right leg was not working and was numb but painful and I had difficulty walking. He treated me and about 3 months later I was back to normal.
