Their therapy rooms are well stocked with all sorts of gadgets but the tables aren't too close to each other so no one feels crowded. There are lots of mirrors on the walls so you can check your form (or, if you're kinda bored, you can look out onto the businesses on Aliceanna). I've generally worked with Alyssa and she's professional, friendly, but tries to push me further. My favorite treatments are the massages, though.

Caroline spent 1.5 hours with him due to a complex medical history. She was the most thorough physical therapist he had ever visited (and there have been many over the years). She spent that time to properly diagnose his PT needs and to understand his personal and support his approach to exercise. She and her colleagues prepared a PT plan and helped him execute it terrifically. The hands on treatment that took up the initial half hour of each session was expertly delivered and the exercise program was designed to meet both short and long term needs. Over the past two years Caroline, Allison and Kelli have provided great support and treatment for a range of problems ranging from shoulders to back to knees and hips. Their treatments have consistently resulted in significant improvement. I have also been a client at Elite PT on and off for the past two years and have experienced the same kind of care, insight and professionalism from all three practitioners. My profile, stemming from a compression fracture in my back that cascaded to weak muscles and attending pain, was complicated and layered. Caroline worked hard to unpack each issue (and the new ones that cropped up), tried new treatments and exercises until she got the the source of the issue. Mary and Alexis thoroughly assessed the situation by doing a running analysis, observing me doing various exercises, and taking the time to listen to me describe what was going on. They gave me advice and exercises to improve my running form. After a few weeks of following their advice, there is a noticeable improvement in my running form and my Achilles pain is less frequent. I have been seeing the same physical therapist (Cory) since I began in June. I'm sure there are occasions when you may have to see another therap. The room is not huge, so you can clearly be seen by all, but your therapist always has his eye on you & will sometimes instruct the assistants on one of the exercises you are doing. Also, I had no problem getting appts.

He took 45 minutes of the first one hour initial appointment evaluating me then readjusting me and reevaluating! He was compassionate and extremely knowledgeable and his techniques were very effective! As I am a golfer, he personalized the majority of my stretches to the golf swing and gave me a daily routine which accelerated my progress ! After just three visits, I was able to swing a golf club again! My therapy with Josh is over but I feel equipped to stay a step ahead of any future injuries thanks to the knowledge he imparted to me! The main physical therapist, Jim Groschan is the ultimate professional always trying to make my self as independent as possible and pain-free. His staff is excellent from the minute you sign in. Great therapy but office staff lack training and accountability…read more I received excellent care from my therapist, Emily, who was knowledgeable, conscientious and personable, but ultimately, I decided to cut my therapy short due to unsatisfactory customer service and lack of resolution of a billing issue by the billing manager. I did not receive a bill for the first encounter until several visits had passed, when I discovered my insurance only covered $77 of a $220 charge, leaving me an out of pocket charge for the balance of $243, with several followup visits pending insurance. It was only then that my therapist informed me they were out of network for me and that the scheduler should have let me know that upon scheduling. She suggested I speak with the billing manager, indicating that this had happened a few times in the past and that an adjustment might be possible. The billing manager made me speak to her about this personal financial issue through the window in the full waiting room. She offered no adjustment whatsoever and only argued with me that in fact I had been told before scheduling that it would be out of network and at any rate "it's on the papers you signed." I was not upset or confrontational in the least, simply asking for clarification and consideration for an adjustment considering I was not informed of the out of network status upon scheduling. One can only ask, and if the answer is no, no problem. But the billing manager infuriated me by arguing back and forth with me that I was told, I "had to have been told, we tell everyone." I said no I wasn't, and I just wanted to make sure they knew to inform people in the future. All I was looking for was an I'm sorry that happened and we'll be sure to do that in the future, but she continued to argue with me that I had been informed. I said no I wasn't. They talk to dozens of people a day. I talked to them one time. I know I wasn't told, because if I had been, I would not have scheduled. And yes, I am certainly guilty of signing papers without looking at them, but I hardly think that I am the only one who has done that. At that point, a patient is already presenting for their scheduled appointment. Not informing them on the phone and allowing them to schedule an appointment and burying that with other papers to be signed hardly makes them look good. Of course oversights happen and I'm sure that was the case in this instance, but the billing manager took my comment that they really need to make sure they tell every person, every time, personally, and escalated the conversation. I declined at that point to schedule any further appointments. To reiterate, the standard of professional care I received was impeccable. But a little customer service training and accountability for the office staff would not go amiss. Make sure to question them carefully about your insurance reimbursement before scheduling, if that is a concern for you. Otherwise, I recommend therapy here without reservation.

Though he is the only physical therapist, his office is regularly busy and he spaces out his clients to give quality time to each of them. Robin handles appointments, payment, insurance, the phones and is excellent in all of her tasks. I have been working with Ron since July 2025 after having rotator cuff surgery. I'm nearing the end of my physical therapy for that shoulder but will see him again in summer 2026 after having my other shoulder surgically repaired. This is small practice where you get one-to-one with the same physical therapist each time you go. It is not a factory and that was what I was looking for. I can't recommend this practice enough and I highly recommend coming here for any of your physical therapy needs.
