Dr put me at ease by letting me know he was a great Doctor/Surgeon. My out come was fantastic. He told me upfront before I went into surgery that I might wake up with plates and screws. The break was a bad one. I woke up with only a few Kwires in my foot a great looking X-ray and Dr Nord saying "we got it done". No understand he is human and not all outcomes are great. Maybe I got lucky or maybe he is a great surgeon I'm going with the latter. Thank you for taking care of me. Oh he loves to talk music. Is a Pink Floyd & Led Zep fan. Plays guitar and rides dirt bikes.

I was denied service because I was already under the care of my own orthopedic provider(who again, does not have a walk in urgent care). If this is their policy, it should be clearly stated on the urgent care website. Patients should know beforehand that they will not be seen if they are already established with an orthopedic provider at another practice. I was trying to avoid an unnecessary ER visit because I genuinely did not feel my situation warranted one, but I was left with no other option. Very frustrating and disappointing, especially when I was actively seeking appropriate care.

The patients have to share a bathroom with the connecting room which only has a toilet and no sink to wash your hands. My husband was in for respite care and he is a fall risk and the staff wasn't checking in on him and he fell out of bed twice. Plus he wasn't given his meds when he was to get them. He also has dementia and wandered off to the front lobby and that's where my son and I found him when we got there. The staff never knew he was out there because they didn't do their job. Do not send your loved ones there!

My second visit she spent 1hour and 15 minutes with me. She wants to know everything about you. She isn't afraid to do whatever she has to do to get information from past and present doctors you may have seen. She talks a great deal and believes in lifestyle changes and anything that could affect your health welfare. She's never in a hurry or a rush to get to the next patient an yet I've never had a long wait. I don't know how she does it. She mean business but also has a great bedside manner. I can't say enough.
