But, at least I know I can come here and receive such thorough care. Dr. Seidman is awesome. Period. I foolishly had been walking around with a wrist that was beyond Tylenol's magical healing properties for months. He examined the wrist, explained what was going on, gave me recommendations for treatment, all while being friendly, professional and thorough. Honestly, I felt better just knowing what was going on and what to do about it, instead of imagining . . . the worst! Yes, it's a busy office but, so what? You won't be overlooked, you'll be seeing caregivers who are up to date on the latest treatments and 2 Pond Park has like the easiest medical offices in the world to park and access. No excuses, go and get yourself fixed!

During my daughter's appointment on 7/14/2026, while seeking care for an ongoing injury, both became hostile against me when I was advocating for my daughter's recovery timeline. Dr. Michael R DiBenedetto verbally threatened to my daughter from the practice on the spot. As a vulnerable, injured patient, she was subjected to extreme emotional duress and only received continued care after she broke down crying. This behavior violates the AMA Code of Medical Ethics and poses a direct threat to safe patient care

I will never go anywhere else for PT again!!!! The first…read moretime I was seen was 2011. They only had one location in Braintree. Steve was amazing and helped build a great program for me to come back from ACL/Meniscus surgery. Unfortunately, when I went back to work I had a scheduling conflict and changed to a different group. What a mistake!! I ended up needing a second surgery on my knee because they didn't rehab it correctly. A few years later I needed spinal surgery and Blue Hill had opened another location closer to my home. Christine was my therapist and built a great program to get my strength and mobility back. We knew I would be having a second surgery later that year so of course I went back to Christine! Again she followed the plan they work from, continue to move forward adding new exercises and/or additional weight, always checking in to make sure my form was correct and we weren't going to fast. I had another surgery and right back to Christine!! I just had my fourth spinal surgery. This one was much more complicated. Of course I called Blue Hill but Christine had moved to another location sadly, too far away. But I knew their program and how they approach rehab worked so I scheduled with Brittney. She is amazing!!! Extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the movements, muscles being worked and she encourages me when I feel I'm not doing well enough. We discuss my progress and hone in on the areas that need more work. She finds the perfect exercises to increase my strength and build my stamina. i couldn't be happier with my progress!!!! I can hike, climb stairs, cook meals and play with my grandchildren even running a bit!! Not bad after thinking I would never be able to do these things again!!

He was very knowledgable and easy to feel comfortable with. The bill not so easy to feel comfortable with but thats a whole different issue about health care that I wont get into on this review. The staff there are also very kind and the receptionist/billing are easy to get in touch with and very helpful over the phone in changing apt etc.

The…read morecall was answered by a wonderful woman by name of Kristin in scheduling, who was absolutely wonderful in her guidance. By the time we got off the phone she had recommended a "scheduling health plan" (my words, not hers) by way of an outline that included a Home nurse for one visit while we were waiting for the April appointment for Moms Primary Doctor! She then passed me to the Prescription Refill Nurse for Moms refill. I would like to add that I have had very difficult health issues myself over the past three years so I have been speaking with many, many, scheduling departments over that time and Kristin was FAR AND AWAY the best, most pleasant, greatest listener, and offered an extremely intelligent recommended plan. She is THE best at her job that I have ever spoken with!

I did the responsible thing by calling to tell them I would be a little bit late according to my GPS, I was going to be exactly 15 minutes late. I left my house an hour and 20 minutes before the appointment which I have been waiting for and I was still late. I called and spoke to Brittany and scheduling whereas I told her what was going on. I was on hold for 19 minutes. I finally ended the call and she called me back minutes later and told me that she told them I was going to be late and the doctor Reisner would still see me upon getting to social medical Center. I went to check-in where I was told I was 15 minutes late and he probably wouldn't be able to see. I then told them about the phone call that I had made and what was told to me by Brittany after they said it doesn't matter. You need to go over to specialties and talk to them at this point I yelled I did yell and I also swore, but this is the second time that Socio Medical Center has disappointed me. I did my best to get there on time. I can't control traffic coming up from the Cape, which contributed to my tardiness of the appointment instead of being treated kindly, I was told oh well when I went to the back in rheumatology, the woman that I Suarez felt the need to tattletale everybody in that corner and tell them what I said to her my response yes, I did say that yes they did deserve that while I was there having an x-ray and lab work I was informed there's only one x-ray machine there provided by self to a hospital. They won't replace it, but they will add a new state of the art mammogram machine which I am totally for 100% because I battled breast cancer 13 years ago, but why is there only one x-ray machine why and why do patients have to wait almost an hour to have an x-ray because there's only one x-ray machine, and why of all the pediatriciansl left. This practice to open a new practice. I brought my children to this practice all of their childhood years. All three of my daughters thank God the pediatrician that chose to rape. Children was never assigned to Miy children. Back to my situation Dr. Reisner is one of the best out there and so Sean medical center does not deserve him Dr. Wagner please leave this practice. You're too good for them. He apologized to me and told me everything was going to be OK because not always was I embarrassed, but I wish you humiliated by these people threatening me with security and if there's a note on the account for security, that means according to them that they'll always be on high alert. I'm a 62 year-old woman not a mouse murderer. Anyone read this look at my review from about six months ago I'll keep it short and sweet. I was in the middle of a dermatological trait for six months I was called. They had to cancel an appointment two weeks later they canceled that next appointment when I called back the following week as they told promised me they would call me. They told me the next available which one year away when I told them no thank you be going to contemporary dermatology magically an appointment opened up. I was begged by Mary not to leave a review. I left a review as I'm leaving a review right now dear social Medical Center. I will be hiring a lawyer once it's too much twice is inexcusable do better South Shore Medical Center
