I had an appointment that I had to secure with a $50 deposit. I cancelled the appointment and was told they would mail my refund. The check was supposedly mailed on 6/30/2023. I called on Thursday 7/20/23, to inquire about the whereabouts of my refund. On 7/21/2023, the office called me to tell me that the "doctor" said I have to wait three months before he will reissue the refund. Totally unacceptable business practices. read more
