Was upset and not willing to pay for that BS service. The claim person called back. 3 calls later would still not reduce or cancel the bill. Said that they don't have authority. Wasted my time and money. Avoid this place like the plague. Especially if you need real PT after surgery.

I had been going to PT for several months and needed to set up an appointment as soon as possible, as some residual lower back pain was coming back. Nathan at Mindful Motion referred me to Dr. Schupp, and the office accommodated my last minute request with an appointment the very next day! Dr. Schupp asked me about the history of my back pain and was extremely thorough in making sure I was comfortable with all of the adjustments. He asked me over and over whether everything was alright and I said yes, please, I will do whatever it takes to fix this back problem. Sessions are generally 60 minutes for initial appointments and 15-20 minutes for follow-ups. I left feeling like a train that had finally been put back on its rails! I'd totally recommend Dr. Schupp for any back pair or injuries.

All I can say is that Beth is probably the best physical therapist I have ever worked with (and, as a former athlete, that's saying a lot because I have seen a LOT of PTs in my life). After a miscarriage, everything went well with my second pregnancy. Labor and delivery were a piece of cake in comparison to what was waiting for me around ten days after my baby's birth. I have lived with back pain for almost my entire life due to scoliosis and lordosis. Stretching and strengthening exercises have been my best friends. But, I am human and we all do lots of wrong things especially when talking about lifting movements. Who bend their knees EVERY time they lift something? Well, certainly I should but I don't. So with pregnancy our bodies have a huge number of adjustments to do. Our spine has to support an extra 20, 30, 40 pounds. During labor and delivery more adjustments are necessary. I am still amazed how everything happens, like a divine miracle. After delivery we loose a significant amount of weight and, in my case, it happened very fast. I lost 20 pounds in less than 30 days. Now you imagine your body having to deal with all these adjustments when your spine already has some issues, plus you have a new baby to carry, to feed, to take care of and you are not doing lifting movements in a correct way... not an easy job, right? My spine was not able to handle everything and asked me for help! The way that it happened left me extremely painful and sad. After a first week of joy and excitement with my baby, an excruciating pain showed signs of life in my lower back, which after only few days left me unable to hold my baby, to breastfeed and do most of the things I did before. I could barely walk, and when I did, I used a cane. That week was terrifying! Especially looking myself at the mirror... my spine was totally shifted to the right! I cried out to the Lord and He answered in many ways. I will always be thankful for all prayers and help received. My dear husband looked up online and found Dr. Shiels, from Elite Sport & Spine, who was just a few miles from us, in Brookfield. In the first appointment he told me I had a slipped disc in the lower part of my spine. To my surprise, in less than 3 weeks I was pretty much back to my normal life! Dr. Zhu came in and asked me what he could do for me. Did he even read my chart? what's with the play stupid? I told him and he did a simple Thompson Test and said my tendon is ruptured. It would be 6-8 weeks in a boot and then maybe PT. MRI? nope. I am older and I understand the risks of surgery and he would not do that. I'm OK with that. It was basically, I'm wasting his time. He could be making more money if someone would come in for surgery. I finally got an MRI from outside OAW and guess what? it wasn't ruptured. There was a tear and I did have to wear a boot. But, everything was intact and not a detachment. I saw an Ortho doc that cared, explained everything very well, and prescribed a PT plan that put me on a path to healing. I do not recommend seeing Dr. Zhu.

We were told they had previously attempted to collect the debt, but we had never received a phone call, email, letter, or any other communication from them. Because the situation came out of nowhere after so many years, we initially thought it might be a scam. We requested documentation showing the debt and copies of the alleged prior correspondence. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide the documentation we requested. Before we even had an opportunity to fully research the situation or understand what was happening, legal action was already being pursued and I was served. Regardless of how this ultimately gets resolved, the way this has been handled has been extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend doing your research and keeping very thorough records if you choose to do business with this organization. Our experience has left us with serious concerns about their billing and communication practices, and we would not choose to use them again
