First thing is the lady behind the giant glass wall that was also wearing a mask and spoke so quiet We couldn't hear her - frustrating!! I went back to the room where they took my BP and temp. Then she said you need to drink fluids you are dehydrated and take something for the coughs. No kidding - thats why I came in so that I could get an IV with fluids. Oh we dont do that here. Why did I come in? So that they could tell me what I need to do. OMG!!! We left and went to St Vincent where I was given IV fluids, and two types of meds so that I could help loosen the mucus and have productive coughs. They said I had a severe case of bronchitis.

I went to my primary care the next morning and she said no, I didn't have fluid, and said I needed to see an ENT immediately, which she got set up for a few hours later. ENT said treatment was needed asap to have any hopes of gaining hearing back. And they told me there wasn't fluid, and that you can't even see that with a regular ear exam. Had I waited and just done what Tina told me, I would have lost precious time to regain my hearing. I would not go back.

There's practically an empty bookshelf that takes up a lot of space where someone or something could replace it, say for instances maybe a parallel bar or more room to use as a place to walk or exercise without being in the way of other patients. As well as utilizing the wall where the bookcase is as a place to hang your bands and weights at. I want to keep going there, but I may have to find another place the has more room and more equipment for me. I hope someone reads this and fixes this issue. So gentle, thorough, and patient in explaining everything she was doing. My daughter felt comfortable, and we've had great results.
